new guy
hey everyone, new member here. i gotta say this is a great place to find out info and personal accounts and i’m looking forward to making some gains. i have not done the bone pressed thing yet but last time i measured some months ago just from the base i was just over 7 in length and five and a quarter roughly around. i’d like to grow into 8 in length (or maybe 8.25 because i’m guessing a BP measure will come out around 7.25 to 7.5) and a little extra girth would not hurt ;)
if i can hit 8, my goal would be 9. that would give me a solid inch and half or so on top of what i’ve got now and that would definately be awesome.
i haven’t come up with a solid routine plan yet but i’m thinking of this:
..warm up cloth for about 5minutes
…stretches for 20 seconds in four directions, repeat twice
…wet jelq for about 5 minutes
…streches for 20 in four directions again, just once
…warm up cloth for about 5
any suggestions or ideas? thanks, can’t wait to start gaining!! and thanks to everyone that participates on here
