New jelq technique.I think
This technique I have been doing stretches better then the normal jelq while still giving you that ” pressure ” for girth. Give yourself the universal o.k grip. Now place your thumb just before the o.k grip. Instead of jelqing with the hand you are gripping with use your thumb on the base to push down (hold o.k grip firm and don’t let the hand move or budge at all). This stretches the ligs because of the thumb positioning and the tunic because of the upward angle of the o.k grip. All while giving you the pressure for girth. Of course this requires lube.oh and at the end of each jelq kegel and use the thumb you were pushing down with to create an o.k grip with and use the hand that was in the o.k grip in the first place to do the thumb push.rinse and repeat.and afterwards do some light fowlers to maintain that “stretched state” you will be in afterwards.enjoy
