This technique I have been doing stretches better then the normal jelq while still giving you that ” pressure ” for girth. Give yourself the universal o.k grip. Now place your thumb just before the o.k grip. Instead of jelqing with the hand you are gripping with use your thumb on the base to push down (hold o.k grip firm and don’t let the hand move or budge at all). This stretches the ligs because of the thumb positioning and the tunic because of the upward angle of the o.k grip. All while giving you the pressure for girth. Of course this requires lube.oh and at the end of each jelq kegel and use the thumb you were pushing down with to create an o.k grip with and use the hand that was in the o.k grip in the first place to do the thumb push.rinse and repeat.and afterwards do some light fowlers to maintain that “stretched state” you will be in afterwards.enjoy

This is very similar to a V-stretch but you are just making the “O.K.” grip at the base. Well that’s the picture I get in my head. :S Someone want to clarify ?

You mean to position the thumb BEFORE the OK grip, but then when the OK grip slides forward what does the thumb do?

It’s not that clear, but I’m not English so for me it’s even harder.

I am now REALLY confused! :confused:

Are you holding the OK grip at the base, never moving it but keeping it at the base? The using only the thumb to do the jelq from the base to the glans?

Lol.alright.your thumb goes between your o.k grip and your body.. When the thumb (it doesn’t have to b the the thumb but that is most comfortable for me )

Is positioned press down (this downward press will stretch the ligs) while keeping the o.k grip.

This will pull your penis through the o.k grip (thus jelqing and giving you a tunic stretch) apply pressure as needed

Whom I just may try that.

I have checked the guide line like a million times and I can’t find it. What the hell is edging.is it similar to kegels. If it’s an BC exercise id like to try it. thanks

Edging is when you masturbate to the brink of ejaculation, and then stop. Do this over and over again, and don’t ejaculate. It’s a quite hard exercise mentally, but it is said to give better erections (I think?). I’m not that into edging, so someone can correct me if I’m wrong.
