Take the time to read thoroughly, even for days, before you start. That way you will have a solid base of understanding of what’s going on. Good luck gaining everything you want and more. Make sure you only start with newbie routines.

I’m going to do the newbie routine when I shower tonight.

Is it best to PE in the morning or to PE in the night right before one goes to bed? :D
I hope to make the best of my gains!

We are a band of brothers…..like most of the big guys have said. READ everything you can, take all that knowledge and put it to good use. Be patient, be persistent, be smart about it (don’t overtrain), and the gains will come.

Interesting question wonderstick, I know a lot of people PE in the morning and a lot do it at night both with gains.

My only thought on this is that if you do it at before you goto sleep, this is when your body repairs the cells in your body.

I guess its what suits you and fits in with your schedule.
