New Member Looking For Advice
Hi
I have read quite a lot of the posts, I’m looking to increase my flaccid appearance, I have started a routine which fits in with my life, I do a 5minute warm up followed by 30 jelq, 10 minutes at 5Hg in tube, 5 minutes in restriction ring and then another 30 jelq. Two days exercise one day off.
Does this sound ok for a total beginner.
