Hello everyone.

I am new to PE and I have a couple of question for someone who has experience in PE whit only manual methods.

I see the Thunderplace beginner routine goes as follow:

2 days on/1 off

Warm up - 5 min
Stretching - 5 min
Jelqs - 10 min
Warm up - 5 min
Kegels - 50

But I also was the JP90 routine which is:

5 days on/2 off
Warm up 10 MIN

For stretch:
Helicopter shake– rotate quickly at about 5 rev per second for 20 rounds.
Do 25 quick Kegel exercise while holding your penis with the OK Grip.
Pull the penis straight out and do 10 stretches in a big circle to the left and another 10 stretches to the right.
Do 20 helicopter shake again
Do another 25 quick Kegel
Pull the penis straight out and do 10 stretches in a big circle to the left and another 10 stretches to the right.
20 helicopter shakes
25 quick Kegel
10 big circles stretches to the left & 10 big circles to the right
20 helicopter shakes
25 quick Kegel
10 big circles stretches to the left & 10 big circles to the right
20 helicopter shakes.

And then Do 50 Wet-Jelq + 30 V-Jelq (pull straight) + 30 V-Jelq (pull right) + 30 V-Jelq (pull left), and repeat 3 times.

A lot of people said the JP90 it´s one of the most recommended beginner routines, and whit those promising results I´ll like to try, but to be honest I think it’s a little excessive for a newbie.

So my questions are:

Is JP90 to advance for a newbie, if yes, how long should a do the beginner routine before I do JP90?

The JP is is a bit intense. You might want to consider employing your current routine for a few weeks before moving on to the JP.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft . When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercise.

Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.
