New member with questions about penile torsion

Hello everyone. I’m not trying to extend because I’m pretty happy with my size. I have what I believe is called penile torsion (please correct me if I’m wrong). It’s where the entire entire shaft is rotated at the base and from what I can tell also past the base. I’m posting here because I figured you’re the penis experts so it couldn’t hurt.

I’ve already started doing pelvic floor stretches because I think one side might be tighter than the other. I always had a little rotation but it’s gotten worse so in theory I should be able to rotate it back. Also have a slight curve to the left which is from penile fracture as a teenager (I don’t want to talk about it) and I think some scar tissue above that.

So what I’m doing is:
Rotation and curve= stretches everyday, using opposite hand for jelqing/jacking it, thinking about a stretcher/extender for the scar tissue just to stretch it out

Thoughts?

If you notice this most during an erection it’s possible that your ligaments are just tighter on one side. If you think of a sling around the base of the penis attached to your pubic bone, maybe you get the idea. So if you do light side stretches in the opposite direction to the roll it should help.

Welcome to TP, jcawkman. I’ve found any kind of twisting motion (do you mean like wringing out a towel?) to be extremely aggressive, even verging on injury.

I’m not exactly sure of your question.

Sounds like a plan!

I believe jerking with my right hand has a slight twisting motion. So I’m gonna try lefty from now on. Definitely not gonna twist it like a towel. OUCH!

There was a thread about this not long ago: This is why you should CHANGE now the side of your stretch.

I am still confused on how to solve this problem of a rotated penis. The person that started that thread recommends pulling in the direction of the twist, which doesn’t make sense to me. My twist came about as a result of a sex accident where the girl was on top and came down at the wrong angle with all her weight. I got checked out and luckily I don’t have Peyronies. I suspect that the ligaments on the left side tightened up due to the accident, pulling the left side of my penis down causing a rotation. I haven’t really tried anything because I’m not really sure what to do. When I stretch, I lose my grip after a short time so it feels useless. Is there a device that can stretch my penis for me? I know there are devices like all day stretchers and hangers, but I don’t really know anything about them. I’d be ecstatic if there was a workable solution to this problem. Having my penis head pointing at an angle has made sex feel less pleasurable for me. My entire life it’s been straight, and now it’s off pointing at an angle.

If I press down on my erect unit at the base on the right side, it goes back to straight. I let go, and it swerves or tilts to the left. It seems like its such a rare condition that there aren’t any stories out there of how it can be fixed. I know that there are probably quite a few penis twists out there, but they are too minor to care about. But mine isn’t a subtle twist unfortunately. It’s a decent 30-45 degree angle.

As was explained to you in that thread, if your penis rotates or leans to the left then the left ligament is tighter and the right is more lax. To offset this you need to work on loosening the left side ligaments by atretching to the right.

He explains this in item #4 in the first post where he says (paraphrasing) ‘if you already have a tight ligament on one side you need to stretch 70% to the other side to get a good stretch on the tight ligament’

4- What can I do to overcome this?
That is easy Old Knowledge: stretch to different sides when you start PE, or if you already has this strong stiff side you isolate the stretch to the opposite angle of it in order to have the best possible quality of stretch this adjacent ligament. Prefer to prioritize at least 70% of your PE (Penis Enlargement) time to this particular stiff area.

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Well, I messaged the author of that thread for clarification and he replied with: “Rotation to the left means that your right side is “tigther”, meaning that you should stretch this right side by stretching towards the LEFT.”

Anyway, I’m going to use common sense and start stretching to the right. Any advice? Just pull on my unit whenever I can for a few minutes here and there? How long to hold the stretch? I bought some baby powder to help my grip. Is it necessary to do a session of 15+ minutes at a time or can you spread it out? Isn’t there a device that you can wear in your pants that stretches it for long periods at a time?

I do understand your confusion.

When looking down at your erect penis, if your rotation is counterclockwise, meaning the left side of your glans is pointing at 8 or 9o’clockish and the right side of your glans is pointing at 2 or 1o’clockish, then you need to stretch predominately to the right.

The way I see it is, if the right side of your glans is pointing at 2 or 1o’clockish, then that side of your dick is the stronger/more developed side and the left side is the side that needs more work. So…to work the left side, you need to stretch to the right.

Love thy neighbor.
