new-Need help
Hey guys,
I have researched other sites and I am somewhat confused-I have been using PJ w/ good warm-up and cool down according to directions-I recently
started taking Pro Solutions supplement and have little or no results.Thunders Place seems to be a good forum-members seem to have good or great results.Can someone help me get a good routine going,I feel like I’m doin something wrong or missing something.
