New noob :
Hello everyone, I am new to community and new to PE. First I would like to thank to all people who post and help others with questions and demands.
I am really grateful for being part of this community , hopefully I will fit in and you will take me as member of community. :)
I have read a lot, specialy treads about noobs in PE . I will do my best and try commit to it fully now ( talking about newbie routines). I won’t bother you to much I hope so, I am just looking for maybe some tip advice maybe a Little courage lol.
I will go with Newbie Routine described in tread for new ones.
5 minutes hot wrap
5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 minutes hot wrap
2 days ON / 1 day REST
I am considering posting progress maybe once a week if that would be fine
