Alright, I’ve looked around and I can’t seem to find an answer for this question anywhere. When you are satisfied with your gains, how often you should “maintenance PE” to keep them up and how rigorous should these exercises be?

You’re right. There isn’t a whole lot of info. on that. (Nobody’s ever satisfied here?!)

Last spring I laid off PE except for maybe a couple times a month. That didn’t quite do it. I lost some length, got some of that back, and now do PE - and not a major workout - about once a week. That seems to keep everything where I want it. I do do some flaccid stretches in the shower when I think about it; probably they help, too.

I took over a year off….twice….the only “maintenance” I did was “piss-pulls” (10sec manually stretches when ever I went to the men’s room) the most I ever lost was 1/8” in length only.
