New stretch to reduce turkey neck
I am not sure what forum to put this post on. I am not even sure if this is really new.
I used the reverse stretch and the ball routine and neither on of the gave me any noticeable results. The reverse stretches only increased my foreskin length -I still have a small amount even though I am cut-. The ball routine didn’t make a difference to the hair line on my shaft.
The idea was to stretch the skin between my circumcision scar and where my turkey neck attaches to make the skin in that area grow. Basically, I do a normal stretch to the front. Before I start to stretch, I use my left hand to grip the base of my dick. At this point, you want to make sure that you are holding on to the skin and your shaft. If your holding on to the penis itself, then you will end up stretching your tonica. After I have established my “base grip”, I use my other hand to pull my penis forward. At this point, you should feel a burning stretch on your dick while feeling a mild one inside. Most of the pressure at this point should be felt on the position where the webbing attaches to your dick.
I do these with piss pulls everyday. I have seen growth on my dick and recited hair line. I am assuming it means that my skin is growing. Also the bend to the left side of my body is starting to straighten up. My routine however, doesn’t involve any other form of stretching and I have no idea how this will affect it.
My current routine is:
Day 1:
3 sets of 5 min dry jelqs during the day
6 mints of wet jelqs and 6 min of jelq squeezes
Day 2:
3 set of 5 min dry jelqs during the day
7 min of wet jelqs and 5 min of ulies
These are followed by a day off but I do my modified piss pulls every day. Rest or no rest.
Every 2 months or 3 months I do a shocking day where I do 30 min of wet jelqs. After my shock days, I take from 3 to 5 days off depending on my EQ.
