New To Bib Hanger
Hi all.
I have just bought a bib hanger and I am unsure if I am using it correctly.
It seem to slip over the gland due to being uncircumcised, any tips to preventing this from happening? I started hanging 1.5kg and have worked my way up to 3.5kg over 3 week. I do 2x 20min sets five days a week along with some basic manual stretching. Any advice would be great.
