New to PE Have some questions

Hey guys been reading around but theres a lot of different advice. I’m going to write out some questions, give your best advice please.

1. I’m 7.1x 5.6, should I go for girth or length in your opinion?

2. Is there an exercise that gains for girth and length at same time? (my goal is 8x6)

3. I am a newbie and I hear newbie gains are the best, would doing a little more intense of workouts than the normal newbie routine make me gain more?

4. Is 8x6 in a year a realistic goal with my current stats? I know you should throw numbers aside and just see what happens, but from most peoples results is this a realistic goal?
