New to PE, looking for commentscritiques

Hi — here is my routine and beginning progress with PE.. Any comments, critiques, or ideas are welcome. I’ve posted on redit before:

For my routine, I use a cable clamp, semi-erect, and pull, holding it for a few minutes then releasing to restore blood flow. Here is a vid: https://old.red dit.com/r/AJelq … _on_my_methods/

I did this off and on a few days a week for several months. I stopped for 3 months and saw no loss of my gains. I just got back into it and easily hit my goal girth (what I was going for originally) of 6”.

Overall, I went from 7.4” erect length/5.3” erect girth (18.8/13.3 cm) to 8.2” erect length/6” erect girth (20.9/15.3 cm).

Has anyone else tried something similar? Or seen similar results? Photos of progress during clamp and erect attached.
