Untraditional PE Exercises
Here’s my attempt to articulate some of the aspects of PE that I have found personally helpful, but haven’t seen widely discussed. I tried my best to make sure that these weren’t re-posts of topics already discussed in-depth on this forum; but please forgive my indulgence, if they are. I started getting interested in PE when I was around 11 years old, so I have had over a decade or so to experiment with this – albeit this being my first truly serious and dedicated endeavor in PE.

— THINGS RELATED TO THE BODY —
There are many different ways to stretch your dick: you can pull it with your hands, you can use mechanical help – you can pull it over a chair, you can pull it under your leg, etc. In essence, there about a thousand different ways you can pull your dick. What I propose is highly personal to me – and may not be effective for anyone else, but for me, I find it tremendously beneficial.
As some of you know, I teach Hatha Yoga and personally practice it every single day. The purpose of yoga postures is not just to increase strength and flexibility, but also to provide an opportunity to let go of deeply held tensions inside: both muscularly and emotionally. So, when you so a yoga asana (posture), your body starts to open up and surrender its tension. Pretty cool!
I began to combine my PE stretching time with a few yoga asanas. I immediately noticed results: 1) My body no longer felt like it was fighting me in the PE stretch – instead of feeling like my dick was trying to hold on for dear life to my pelvic floor, it feels like every fiber of my dick is unlocking and letting go. Honestly, it feels like I am stretching saltwater taffy – it’s kind of indescribable and pretty cool. 2) I feel the stretches much more deeply. Instead of the stretches happening on just a superficial level, I feel the release throughout all of my pelvic floor, hips, and groin. It’s pretty amazing!
I think you need to have a prior experience of a yoga posture to do this effectively – so that it can be effortless. You need to have had the experience of feeling your body opening up of its own accord, in order to then feel that same opening while simultaneously executing a PE stretch. That said, give it a try, even if you are a newbie to Yoga.
Some postures that I like while I am stretching my dick: Virabhadrasana I (Warrior 1), Virabhadrasana II (Warrior 2), Trikonasana (Triangle Pose), Anjaniasana (Crescent Moon), Malasana (Garland Pose), Supta Virasana (Reclined Warrior). You can google these postures, and find examples of them on websites like yogajournal.com.
Good luck – and pm to let me know how much your stretching has increased by doing yoga poses. As Vincent Van Cock already articulated so beautifully in his post about combining using the Bathmate Pump with doing squats – utilizing your whole body can have tremendous influences on your penis!
JELQS & KEGELS
On a similar - and brief - note, I have recently started doing my jelqs from a low squat position – or, in yoga, the pose Malasana (Garland Pose). It is one of the few postures in which you can place your body that allows your pelvic floor to fully release. As all of you know so well, there are incredible benefits to strengthening your pelvic floor through Kegel exercises (even beyond PE). But in order for a muscle to be fully developed, the muscle not only needs to be able to contract, it also needs to be able to completely release. By spending time in this posture, I can allow my pelvic floor to finally let go – giving me a nice prep for when I start my Kegels, and allows my jelqs to feel a little more open, less inhibited.
To perform Malasana, stand with your feet just a hair wide of hip-distance apart, and externally rotate the toes (duck footed). Sink your hips down to the floor, as low as possible. Here, you might find it comfortable to sit on a rolled up blanket, a yoga block, or a stack of books, so that your hips can feel fully released. If you feel a little more comfortable, you can work without the support. You can also try taking a wider stance to release the discomfort in your hips. Ideally, heels will eventually stay grounded in this pose, but they may rise up – and that is fine.
You want to keep your torso as upright as possible here – you can draw your elbows to your knee-caps, and then your palms together, as if you were in a prayer pose. Once you find comfort here, you are in an optimal position to start jelqing and/or Kegeling. Eventually, you will be able to spend twenty minutes here in total comfort - yet realize that it might take a long time to happen. Be patient; have faith!
This is something that I do absolutely EVERY time I jelq. Ideally, it’s done before you jelq, but – if you are like me – and need only a little provocation to become erect – it can be done afterwards. I find that the difference between doing it and opting-out is dramatic. When I take the time to do this exercise, my resulting erect (and flaccid) member looks MUCH girthy-er! In terms of measurement, it varies quantifiably how much I actually gain, but it definitely looks dramatically different.
Get a full erection and cup the left side of your penis with your left hand. Using the thumb or a knuckle of your other hand, slowly make tiny circles along the upper, outer, right edge of the shaft – using moderate pressure. Start at the base, and after about twenty seconds, slowly move closer to the head. Continue on this side until you reach the end of the shaft (don’t go onto the head) and then repeat on the left side.
I find that this really helps to loosen the caverns of my dick and to achieve optimal size. Also, it’s a nice way to lead right into my edging session, if I have finished all my other PE exercises for the day.
This is a modified version of a recipe I posted in another forum: it had tremendous benefits for me – and I definitely saw a doubling in the amount of ejaculate I produced, often sending ropes of semen across the floor. It takes over a month to fully see results, and you want to take this milkshake everyday – twice per day – for at least 30 days. It’s best to juice the celery, garlic, and ginger fresh every time you make it – or juice extra in the morning for your evening shake. After a month, you can cut down to two milkshakes every-other day, or one milkshake everyday. Here it is:
8 Raw Celery Stalks (about 1 head)
1 clove Garlic
2 Tbs. Fresh Ginger
(Throw these items in a juicer – and then put juice in blender to combine with:
1 Cup Raw Milk (I also substitute Almond and Hemp Milk)
30 Unroasted Pumpkin Seeds
1⁄2 Cup Powdered Lecithin
1⁄4 Cup Raw Wheat Germ or 1⁄2 Tsp. of Wheat Germ Oil
1 Tbs. Maca Root (Gelatinized preferred)
2 Tsp. Bee Pollen (Caution: You may be highly allergic to Bee Pollen! Try in small doses first, to determine body’s reaction.)
1 Tbs. Raw Honey
- When desired, also add Fresh Dates and/or Almonds soaked overnight with their skins removed. This is especially good after much ejaculation has recently occurred.
Benefits from increased semen volume:
Increased Fertility –
The theory is that if your body is not producing healthy sperm, it’s less likely to make a big effort to create a lot of seminal fluid to support it. If you have lots of healthy little-guys swimming around in your gonads, you need some juice to let them live on. Therefore, healthy sperm equals a greater ejaculation. Also, it’s just good to know that not only can you put on a big show, but you can also deliver the goods and make her a baby. Chicks dig this.
Generalized Health and Energy –
Because semen is made of many of the same building blocks that are required for our brain, nervous system, and general health – providing the body with enough nutrients to make more seminal fluid, keeps the whole body healthy; and you can afford to spew more cum. In eastern medicine, seminal fluid contains the highest amount of Ojas, or life energy in the body – and when it is depleted – it is extremely hard to build back up again.
In eastern medicine, anything sweet tasting will help to increase cum, while anything bitter tasting or astringent will reduce cum volume (dark leafy greens, rye, etc.). Particularly good foods from an Ayurvedic standpoint to fill the body back up with Ojas are whole raw milk, almonds, and dates – so I will often include these in my shake, in addition, or consume them after ejaculating (it’s best to soak the almonds overnight and peel off their skins). I almost always feel the energetic effects of an ejaculation, unless it’s late in the evening: I often feel muddy-headed, tiered, lethargic, a little sick. When I ingested this recipe for several weeks, these effects diminished considerably.
Length of Orgasm –
By having more fluid to ejaculate – the longer your orgasms will last because your body has to pump it out. You essentially just keep coming and coming. For me, I think I got up to seven or eight big spurts, followed by nine or so smaller ones before I got off this regimen. I found, however, that the ecstasy of orgasming lasted for only for the first few seconds – after that, I would just watch my cock spew cum for another half a minute – and while that was a huge turn-on to see, it had little physical feelings.
Intensity of Orgasm –
Supposedly, with a bigger cum load to pass through your sexual organs, your contractions should become stronger and more intense, in order to let it all free. I have to admit, that I did not find my orgasm intensity strengthened by having more ejaculate. That said, I wasn’t doing a lot of Kegels back then, so now this might be different. I never had particularly strong orgasms to begin with, so it’s highly probably that I am misguided with this opinion. I hope to increase my orgasm intensity with my Kegels; but if anyone has found that increased seminal output has heightened pleasure, I would sincerely be interested to know. As a side note, I am planning on going back on this milkshake regimen after the holidays, to see what a difference it currently makes.
Gives Orgasms Meaning –
Having a huge load makes you appreciate the orgasm – it makes it a big event to remember, not just something that quickly passes by. For me, it makes me appreciate my body, my dick, and my sexual abilities. It no longer is something that gets wiped up and thrown in the trash. It’s appreciated.
Impresses Your Partner –
Enough said – shooting rope after rope of hot, sticky cum onto yourself or your partner can be a huge turn-on for both of you. It will probably make her think, “Wow – I did a really good job pleasing him; look how much he enjoyed it! He came so much!” Also, it will be something very tactile for her to remember.
Stud Factor –
Okay, men, admit it – knowing that you can do something that pretty much no other man can do is a pretty big turn-on; I know it is for me. And, having a huge cum load can lend you confidence in the bedroom, even as you are waiting for your PE gains to show up. Quite literally, it makes you a “stud” – someone that your girlfriends will tell their girlfriends about – and they, in turn, will probably want to see it with their own eyes. You may suddenly feel very confident in your abilities and self-esteem.
Tastes/Looks Better –
Usually, when something smells good – it also means that it is healthy. In Auyrvedic Medicine, they qualify the smell, color, and texture of semen being directly related to a man’s overall health. You can detect imbalances in the body through the semen. So the healthier it is, the healthier you are! Nice deal.
Try this, and I guarantee that you will be a cum spurting machine – I know that I was!
One of the coolest ways I’ve ever learned to let go of some facial holding in the abdomen – and the ligaments suspending the penis – is to lay down on my belly, and place a rolled up t-shirt (about paper towel roll sized, when rolled), lengthwise just above the base of the penis – with the ends of the roll sticking out to my sides. I then place my hands next to my shoulders and slowly press up so that my arms are lengthened, my torso is lifted up off the ground, and my hips are grounded into the rolled up towel (Upward Facing Dog Posture). Having the roll under my pelvis helps to start stretching down there more directly than the regular version of this Upward Dog can do, or than I can do with my hands while seated. Staying in the pose and breathing deep down into the roll, I then lower my body down after twenty-thirty seconds. I then repeat this three more times.
This may sound pretty tame, but there have been several times doing this stretch where it would release something very deep inside, making me immediately become erect, and soon thereafter ejaculate! It feels like the tunica is being stretched from the root, which creates a very pleasurable experience – it reminds me of when I was a little boy and would try to climb a rope or a pole on the playground – there would be this very pleasurable “pulling” sensation in my groin that would make me orgasm – I know, I was an interesting little kid, fascinated by PE and having unintentional orgasms on the playground. Alas, this sensation has become difficult to find, except in doing this stretch and from using the machines in the gym that works the hip adductors – and I rarely use machines – they seem so girly.
There are several pressure (Marma) points in the pelvis that can help with PE. Especially if you’re into doing edging, this technique can help release some of the built up pressure without having to ejaculate. If you have a fancy shower with a high-pressure setting on your handheld unit, you can use that to massage these points, otherwise a hand massager or your own fingers work just fine.
The biggest point for me would be just below the anus, on the perineum (this may take some experimentation to find). Essentially, you can directly access your prostate from here; and, by massaging it, you can not only start releasing tension in your pelvic girdle, but you can encourage the prostate to let go of some of its seminal fluid, dissolving it back into the body. This releases some of the accursed tension of “blue balls.” Just spend a few minutes rubbing here, and you will notice a profound change.
Also important, is the space between the center of the pelvic bone and the navel. There are, I think, three separate points here that can be activated to help restore balance to sexual function and the plevis. There are four more: two on each side of your pelvis, running along the crease from your genitals to your Anterior Superior Spines (along the V shape you see on muscularly developed men, at the front of the hips). Rubbing these places can help restore energy flow throughout the pelvis. I notice a profound shift by doing these.
I admit that this one does not come easy for me – I have to really work hard to get good at doing pull-ups – yet it is incredibly helpful for my sexual wellbeing. Doing pull-ups (the kind with your palms facing away, and your arms spread wide) help to strengthen your Latissimus Dorsi – the muscle that create a V shape to your torso. It starts at your sacrum and connects to the few lowest vertebrae and pelvic rim – from there it extends up your back and attaches into the Humerus. It is important for sexual function because it stabilizes the pelvis, maintains the arch in the low back, and pulls up on the sacrum, affecting circulation and pressure in this region. Essentially, when your Lats are strong, everything down below starts to feel more intense, and energy circulates better. When this muscle is strong and working well, you will have greater stamina – when it is weak and constricted, blocking the flow, you will have much less control over the functions of your pelvis, including ejaculation. It also helps with thrusting motions during intercourse. I’ve heard from friends that if you do ten pull-ups before sex, orgasm intensity will at least double. I really need to be better about this one, myself.
This one sounds totally silly, I admit; yet I think it really works. Get a full on erection – and standing on your bed, a trampoline, or the floor – start jumping up and down so your cock starts swinging up into your abs and down between your legs. If you’re worried about the safety of your testicles, you can wear a pair of tight briefs, pull your cock out over the top, and keep your balls inside. After several minutes, try swinging your hips side-to-side so that your dick slaps one hip, and then the other. For the final, most challenging variation, see if you can make your dick revolve in circles – clockwise and counterclockwise. Try each variation for three to five minutes – or more.
This exercise came from a case study they did in France, measuring the change in a woman’s breast elasticity from running with or without a sports bra. Those women who opted to wear a sports bra and went running everyday, had roughly the same amount of lift to their “girls” as a year prior. Those who did not wear one, ended up with significantly more saggy breasts, due to the ligaments stretching out by the up and down jostling of their breasts during running. The ligaments in the penis are similar to those that support the breasts, so – whereas, we don’t want our ladies to stretch out their breasts – this is exactly what we want to happen to our dicks. It should provide a stretch for the ligaments in a different way than traditional stretching can provide. If nothing else, it’s kind of fun and amusing.
TURN IT UPSIDE DOWN
Simply, by turning the body upside down, you force the heart to work harder than usual to pump blood into the lower limbs and your pelvis. It has tremendous cardiovascular benefits for you whole body; and, specifically related to your cock, it creates better blood flow in this region. If you haven’t inverted in a long time, please take your time. It can be something as simple as lying on the floor, on your back, with your legs extended straight up a wall. From there, you can try sliding a blanket under your hips, thereby raising your hips higher than your heart and creating a full inversion. For a more full version, try a handstand against the wall. Eventually, try to work your way up to five minutes to ten minutes in your inverted posture of choice. Be safe; have fun. If you get really good, maybe find a way to try jelqing while hanging upside down.

Disclaimer here: I am huge into meditation. Now this link that I am sharing has absolutely nothing to do with the type of meditation I practice – but I can share that by taking time everyday to focus your mind, there can be tremendous results in many aspects of your life. You find greater productivity, keener mental awareness, increased perceptiveness – and a deeper sense of wellbeing.
For these reasons alone, I cannot praise the value of meditation high enough. I cannot say if this particular practice will help you achieve these results – but I think it has some value in that a highly focused mind can achieve much greater objectives – and if your goal is a bigger dick, than focusing deeply on increasing your penis size may be helpful.
I like the technique they give, where you draw from memory an outline of your profile (whole body, erect phallus) and then draw an outline of what you would like your profile to become. You focus deeply on this (meditation) and over time, your body should slowly begin to adapt. I know from experience, when you ask deeply inside – without wanting it too much or attaching to it – and draw your energy there, things will start to unfold. It may not be in the way you expect, but it can and will happen. I cannot praise the value of meditation high enough!
For me, this is similar to the reason you might want to meditate on penis enlargement – it asks your mind to focus deeply on making your dick bigger. If you feel like your mental control isn’t strong enough to do it unguided, or you just enjoy a guided practice, this is where the self-hypnosis recordings can come in. It’s nice to lie back, feel deeply relaxed, and let the deeper mind hear these positive affirmations of “you will get bigger” and “you are already huge!”
I think the purpose of this is to help sync up your mind and body towards your desired goal: penis enlargement. Do I think solely listening to self-hypnosis mp3’s will increase the length and girth of your dick? No. – DISCLAIMER: I could be mistaken! – but it will start sending some positive vibes into your body/mind saying, “Growing your dick is good. Open up to this change. Let go of your resistance to it.”

FOCUSING THE MIND
As so many men here have pointed out, if you can keep your mind focused on your PE as its happening, you’ll have much better results than if you let it wander to your feelings about great-aunt Ethel. In Yoga, the term Mantra means “the stiller of the thought-waves of the mind.” When your mind starts freaking out, and wandering all over the place, you can use mantra to bring it back to the task at hand. I use a mantra called “Ham Sah,” which works very well. You simply, silently repeat “Ham” as you inhale, and “Sah” as you exhale. It is called The Natural Breath Mantra because it is the sound your breath makes on a subtler level.
I find that I am able to stay present to my PE exercises – and have better results because I am paying close attention to what is going on, rather than fading out and being surprised what happened to my cock when I come back ten minutes later. It’s probably, no joke, the most important thing I do. Mantra.
