New to PE
Ok, I posted this on Tom Hubbards forum but figured I’d try here too. (actually I posted this here somewhere, can’t seem to find it) I just started a week and a 1/2 ago with this workout. Check it out and let me know what you think. I’ve been skeptical about PE, but since finding all this info on the net I gave it a shot. Like I said, it’s only been a week, and maybe I’m seeing things but it seems a lil bit fatter. We’re talking lil bit here. I know this takes months and months but from my little time so far I’m so enthused to keep going. I think this is promising, especially from reading all your posts.
