New to PE
Just saying hi as im new to the site and what not. Looking to start up a good PE routine and wondering as far as you guys know whats the best routine to start with, i have tryed two months on magnaRX = waste of money execpt for the fact that it gave me some wicked hard-ons, im up for what ever i got 5.5L/4.5W in my pants, as im sure most of you are trying to beef up just like me. I have never done jelkin, pumps, or weights, and im just wondering whats the best way to go as far as something that going to get the job done and give me some big gains, but not damage my unit. I read the newbi routine and am wondering if i should just start with that for like 6 weeks before jumping into any weights or pumps. Any advise you guys can give would be very helpfull
