Hey guys I’m new here. Just started my routine 4 days ago. Anyways, I’ll keep it short and sweet. On my off days can I do the angion method? Or would it be advised to do no PE of any sort on my off days?

You will need to experiment with this.

Some will say no PE at all, which would also exclude what I consider “function” or “non-stress” based forms of PE, such as edging. Personally I find edging to support my overall process between my stress days; however, I am also only doing three stress days a week, so edging in between those stress days currently works for me. When I am doing back to back stress days, then I might completely back off from all forms of PE.

Give it a try and see how it feels, if it feels good and your PI’s are still positive, then keep it up. If the PI’s become reduced, then back off from the edging.

By the way, I personally group the AM in with edging.

I am sure that others will provide their insight as well.

Thanks for the reply little engine, glad to be here. It’s been a long time coming. I’ve decided to just to incorporate the angion method into my normal routine. And not do anything on off days. See how that works out for me. I’m sure my routine will continue to evolve as time goes on.
