You are already starting out huge so you have an advantage there. Since you have no experience with PE, I’ll recommend to you what I recommend all new members. Begin by reading Newbie Routine..
I would also suggest you put the pump away until you have completed this program and want to move up in intensity. I recommend this for several reasons.
1. Your penis is unconditioned and injury is easier in that state.
2. Newbie gains using the Newbie Routine can be quite amazing.
3. Establishing a base line on your PIs (Physiological Indicators) is extremely important for future success.
PIs, otherwise known as Physiological Indicators are the standard to use to determine if your PE Routine is working or failing. Gaining size is possible as long as you can figure out what amount of controlled stress your penis will adapt to. This can be very easy or extremely difficult to determine.
