Good evening all. I am new to the group and am really wanting do two things. First and foremost I want the best health for my cock. Second I bought a air pump with the gauge and am really wanting to ad girth. I am currently filling the 8 1/2 long tube but a bit shy on packing the 2.5 inch.

Should I look at getting a wider tube or finish filling the one I have.

I really don’t have experience.. Like I mentioned I have had my pump for a few weeks now. I am not really looking to clamp or use weight.

Starting length erect 8
Width 5 1/2.

I have been trying to use the pump twice a day for about 5-10 minutes 5 days a week.

I would like to get to 9-10 length but my main goal is width.

You are already starting out huge so you have an advantage there. Since you have no experience with PE, I’ll recommend to you what I recommend all new members. Begin by reading Newbie Routine..

I would also suggest you put the pump away until you have completed this program and want to move up in intensity. I recommend this for several reasons.

1. Your penis is unconditioned and injury is easier in that state.
2. Newbie gains using the Newbie Routine can be quite amazing.
3. Establishing a base line on your PIs (Physiological Indicators) is extremely important for future success.

PIs, otherwise known as Physiological Indicators are the standard to use to determine if your PE Routine is working or failing. Gaining size is possible as long as you can figure out what amount of controlled stress your penis will adapt to. This can be very easy or extremely difficult to determine.

I have tried some of the mentioned techniques. So maybe that’s why I have the advantage in size .. Now looking to go to the next level. I have been hovering around 4-6 pressure wise.. Is that good for width?

Pressure is whatever you are comfortable with for 3 sets of 20 minute sessions but 5 Hg average is a good place to be. I’m fairly happy with my girth so I have a narrow tube that I can pack easily. At 10 inches, I have room to grow longer. After the first 20 minutes, I’m usually hovering around the 8 1/2 mark with no noticeable increase in girth.

For girth, you want to go the opposite route. Get a wider tube that you cannot pack easily. This encourages your tissues to expand in every direction. Pressure follows the path of least resistance so you will grow whatever way your body is predisposed to do. Some people gain length easily, others, girth. Experiment and keep accurate records. Those will help you out in the future.

Yes. I usually stay under 5 Hg of pressure for 20 min then pull out and jelq/message for about 5 minutes (very lightly) to increase blood flow and allow it to become fully erect whereby I put it back in for another 20 minutes. I started at 3 sets of 10 minutes and worked my way up to this level just to be safe. Remember to use lots of heat. It makes a difference.
