New to the site, need some help or links.

Hello, so I am new to this site and am fully willing to dedicate to jelqing everyday, but I’m not quite sure where to start.
My current measures are :

Flaccid length - 3 inches
Flaccid girth - 4 inches
Erect length - 5.5 inches
Erect Girth - 4.5 inches

And my dream measurements are:
Flaccid length - 5
Flaccid girth - 5 inches
Erect length - 7 inches
Erect girth - 6 inch

I’m not quite sure how long this will take, but I would love to eventually meet those measurements, even if it takes 10 years! My only worry is the girth, as that is my preference to gain inches in. Since I’m new, I don’t really know how many jelqs I should do per day or whatever, or what the difference is between dry and wet jelqing. I’ve heard that dry is better for girth or something like that.

So if can any body can post some tips or links I’d be very grateful! :)
