And I overworked it! From now on, it’s the newbie routine for me, no extended variation. I guess I wanted some length so badly (7 bpl x 6) that I just went for it, jelqing for far too long. Coupled with me wanting to fix some ED-type stuff (although it might just be over stimulus), I got in an unhealthy mindset. I’m not even going to go “down there” for two days and just let things cool down. Then it’s back to work on an exciting new adventure!

So, basically you learned the not hard way… ? ;)

Are you familiar with the PIs thread? Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth! There are some good principles to be learned there about monitoring yourself to keep yourself in the range between doing enough to gain, and avoiding overdoing.
