Hey.

‘m 18. <— Just so you know.

I’m about.. 6.7” erect. Hmm.

I’ve read through article after article on here ( interesting site btw! ) but to be completely honest with you guys, i don’t really fancy getting too technical with this just now. I’m just looking for simple girth exercises, length also being a bonus.. my target’s like 7.5”..

The thing is, with ordinary jelqing.. i seem to jump up to about 7” in a half hour ( ooo 3mm! ) - but i want it to stick, so ima have to keep going.

SIMPLY, what kinda plan would you guys recomend?

Thanks, nizz.

Welcome nizz!

I would suggest from reading your post that you should start out using the newbie primer. It is located at the top of this forum. Read it throughly and proceed that way. As your dick becomes accustomed to the exercises then you can begin to check out some of the other routines. But at first you probably should follow the newbie routine. Less chance of hurting yourself, and injuries are to be avoided at all costs.

Good luck with your routine, and keep posting :) .

Welcome to Thunders Nizz,

since you have poured through article after article you have probably already seen this, but here is the newbie routine suggested by luvdadus,

5 min hot wrap
5 min manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 min of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 min hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each

Schedule: 2 days ON / 1 day OFF

OR if you have a little more time, I am hoping to talk to more of the veterans about starting (or at least talk someone else into starting) another "experiment," with wadzilla’s theory and his new routine. Check out his idea here : A New Track and maybe you could try out that routine, if your interested.
