Hello im 18 years old and have an obsession with the fact that my package is in my mind small…im 6 inches by 4.5 . I didnt rlly care about the size until i got a girlfriend and well i want to impress.I have no hangers or machines or anything but i really want my dick to grow so i was curious where to start and how to start using just my hands or anything that is common in the house. Ive also read some reports on jelqing and what not and many claim it not to work. I was convinced until i found this place…u guys are pretty fucking hardcore about this shit which i think is cool cause it obviously works so just direct a complete newb in the right direction if you could.

Second off, 6 x 4.5 is average leaning toward the upper end according to many studies.

Anyway, I’m going the same route, can’t afford spiffy equipment quite yet. I’ve pretty much been following the newbie guide and I’ve already seen some gains from it. Like Thunder said, read through all the threads to make sure you know the ins and out before you even start. Knowing every aspect of the exercises you want to do is unbelievably valuable.

Those who say jelqing does not work, don’t apply it to everyone. Some things work for some people, others for others. First thing you have to do is see what sounds good to you, and then try it out. Then you have to get in the PE timeframe mindset, which is progress over weeks or months, so practice patience as well when waiting for results. Other than that, have fun, and don’t be too hard on yourself on account of your gf, focus on what you want to get out of this first, then see the external benefits. Good luck!

thanx for the help!…im doing alot of jelqing and v stretches to start off. i was wondering though since im somewhat young, are there any risks i should worry about? if so what and how to prevent them.

also last question i swear…the point of warming up is to have the glands as fully expanded as possible when flaccid before starting right. So if like i know my dick is warm from lets say sweat pants or whatever can i just start or do i have to wrap it.

Err.. no. I’ll put this simply, there are plenty of threads on the subject, if you want to go into the detail and technicalities of the subject, just do a search. The purpose of the warmup is to increase the temperature of the tissue. As the temperature of the tissue increases the elasticity increases. This means that you increase the stretching posibilities and reduce the injury risk. Think of a piece of blue tack, if you stretch it while it is cold it’ll snap, but when it is warm it’ll stretch a long way.

By the way the warm up doesn’t just help length stretches, it will also help girth exercises because you are stretching the individual cells by forcing blood into them. If you don’t warm up you risk the bluetac syndrome and bursting the cells. Not a good idea.

I’d have a warm bath prior to PEing or make yourself a rice sock.

Risk are a part of PE, if you will follow the newbie routine your risks are minimized. Even if your penis is warm from wearing sweat pants, wrapping causes internal heating which allows for more flexibility in the tissues that you want to work on. So in answer to your last question about wrapping, it is a good idea even if your penis is warm from wearing sweats.
