New Years Start with hanging and injury
Hey guys,
For the new year, I started my journey with PE and decided to hang for now.
I bought the BIP hanger and started with 0.5kg. 2 sets a 25-30min.
At first everything went well, even my erection was much better than before.
Motivated I have increased the weight slowly a0.5kg to 1kg to max. 1.25kg.
By now, I have increased my length about 1cm, which makes me really happy and motivates me to move on, BUT
I noticed a significant reduction in my erection and also that now, my glans was really blue, cold and numb every time after hanging.
Unfortunately, this has often lasted a long time until everything was normal again.
Do you know the problem, can you do something about it?
Now I have the problem that my glans partially turns blue when this is not well supplied with blood. So, for example, if I’m cold and my penis turns out smaller anyway and is not well supplied with blood, a large part of the glans is bluish.
What can I do about it to stimulate the blood flow again and minimize the blue a little?
If I now hang normally again, the front area of the glans realtiv quickly becomes blue, and I do not want to aggravate it further, but of course continue to train. Is it because the grip is not as its best?
Should I change from normal hanging to vaccum hanging? There should be fewer problems like this, right?
Should I try to use DMSO liquid and iodine to stimulate the tissue? Would it be useful?
Did anyone tryed to micro-needle the glans, to stimulate the bloodflow as well?
.I guess that sound crazy, but it does not hurt and normally this method is used to stimulate bloodflow in different areas on the head..
