Hello, I’m new on this board, I’m 18 and I’m kinda worried about my penis size.

I mean, it is small, about 4”-4.5” erect bone pressed (I’m overweight too, anyway.)

But the real problem is when it is flacid, it’s like 1” like if it was inside of me, kinda hard to describe, and I’m also shy and angry about that fact.

I want to do something about that, if I could get 3” flacid and 5” 5.5” erect, I would be really happy. For the girth, I didn’t measured it, but it’s maybe 3”, maybe 4”, I dunno, 1 more ” wouldn’t be a luxe.

What are my options ?

Please don’t laugh at me because of my small sized tool, even if it has been useful only 1 time in my life with a girl, anyway that’s not the point. Please help me

One thing I would recomend is work out, do cardio and get a good “Diet” plan. I dont mean some strange diet, just one that is responsible. Eat healty and drink lots of water. I have noticed just getting rid of some of my “Fat Pad” has made it look alot bigger. Along with a good trimming :) You getting in shape combined with PE will do wonders for your self esteem. It has for me :)

Good luck and don’t ever give up on yourself man :) The way I look at bettering myself is - I have nothing to loose and everything to Gain!

I strongly agree with strike2.

If you are willing you will get there, Being over weight is not an accident.
Don’t do a harsh diet, do one that last longer, small loss, 1 kilo a week is very good.
You first month is the hardest, get pass it and you will just be fine.

I was over weight, a little, but when I got fit, my dick felt muck muck bigger.

PE is just the same, time time time, I think you’ve got time don’t you?

Just stick to your routines and don’t give up.

One more thing, Don’t say stuff like don’t laugh at me and shit. you’ve got to be MAN, and men are never ashamed only proud.

The size of a unit doesn’t make a man, There are lots of well hung assholes.

You’re 18 years old - that means you started doing something about your insecurities a lot earlier than most of us. Kudos to you!

As for the rest, losing weight and working out is a great boost for self-confidence, and I believe that you will find that simply DOING something with your dick (apart from jerking off) will be beneficial as well - a lot of people here (myself included) have claimed that they felt better even before any measurable gains.

Speaking of gains, some people have a very long starting stretch, don’t go expecting any quick gains. And start slow, and once you start seeing results - stay there, don’t start overdoing PE just from the sheer exhilaration of starting to see results. If you read up on this site you’ll read witness of people who started losing pace once they upped their efforts.

Finally, read read read. This place is veritable cornucopia of PE, most everything has been dissected and discussed in absurdum.

Noname, welcome to Thunders! As you can see by the replies you have gotten already, the support here is amazing! Stay focused on what you really want and read read then read some more. Good luck on your gains, and remember we are ALL here for the same reason,, We want a bigger dick too!

By the way, traction wrapping seems to have given me the most flaccid gains. I started in january this year, and I’d say an average 1" is the result from it, average ~4 hours per workout day, applied after workout. I learned about it here:

Seeing gains in either or seeing combined gains might be all the motivation you need :) Just dont give up if you dont see gains right away, that is most important. Never give up. Changing your body takes time :) You can do it though. Like mgus said your lucky to find something like this at your age. I’m in my lower 30’s and I went all through my 20’s fighting my insecuritys and battling depression because of them. Don’t make this mistake :)

Noname123, we are in the same boat dude. Like exactly the same. I’m also 18 and I used to be 315 pounds, but I’m on a diet and am down to 277. I can’t say losing that weight made it huge but I tell ya it seems better, and I got a lot of pounds to go. I started doing my PE today, and will keep everyone updated. I am dealing with the same exact thing you are. I am 19 about 300 lbs. And my penis is the same way. I am in college so imagine the anxiety I have when I to go to the showers ever night. Lol.

Anyway, I started lifting weights just a few months ago and I am starting to see some results. It is slow but if you stick with it the weight will begin to come off. PE is the same way. Find what works for you and stick with it. Even before you get any results your self esteem will boost because you know you are doing something about it.

That might sound weird but that is how I have felt.

Hey noname Welcome to Thunder’s. There is hope! Don’t get mad, get more!! PE does work. 5.5 should definitely be reachable. We are here to help. Any support or advice we can give just let us know. We are all in the same boat here (it’s one big ass boat). Try working on shedding some pounds too if at all possible,. That will help your plight tremendously.

If anyone laughs at you we will send our bigger members over to dick slap them :D !

I think just start with a newbie routine and things will happen along the way. That is if you stay persistent with your exercises.

But, I think you might even gain 1” on your buddy if you go on a diet and get rid of that fat pad. Imagine 1” without even touching your penis !!!!

Unfortunately, I myself am very skinny of nature - so no “windfall” gains for me !
