Newb questions RE: fatigue

Newb questions RE: fatigue

Not really new to PE or TP, but I’ve finally decided to get serious about it. I wish I would have started a year ago when COVID- 19 hit and I started Working from home full time. My size is good, roughly 6.25” NBPEL and 5.8” EG, but like most I want the mystical 8” NBPEL x 6” EG.

I’m a couple weeks in with what I feel is a solid routine this time. I have a couple devices and weights and clamps and such, but this is a more general question regarding fatigue when using a traction extender and hanging. I’ve noticed that after say 20-30 min with either that it starts to burn internally (tissues with traction or ligaments when hanging).

1 - Is the burn considered fatigue point?

2 - Is fatigue the sign of moving past the tissues merely stretching into tissues tearing/cell division therefore the first step to growth?

3 - How long should I keep it stretched past the burn/fatigue point? As long as possible?

4 - Is it reasonable to expect growth without achieving this level of fatigue?

When I jelq, I do it fairly erect and I consider fatigue the point when it feels like a blowout, it won’t stay erect, it becomes soft yet engorged.

Nothing described as “burning” can be good. I’ve heard “dull throb” and things like that, which I get sometimes. So this is along the length of the penis, not where it attaches?

When I stretch, i call it an “Ache” like the feeling you get after you work out for the first time in a while, and the end of your bicep hurts kind of where it attaches to your elbow-pit. It kind of hurts but not really. More like an ache.

Burn, or sharp pains are no bueno.

IF and ONLY IF, you think it’s more like an ache/workout “pain” then it is an indicator that you’re breaking those cellular bonds, and yes, should be making gains. I find if I stretch but do not attain the ache, then it doesn’t do anything. I have also found ,if I stretch, and it hurts sharply, I’ve gotten total turtle recall.

Its definitely more than a dull ache, but not an alarming sharp pain. When I say burn I mean like stretching a sore muscle. Less sharp than that even. But it’s tough to deal with for a long time. It starts off mild, then gets more and more acute until eventually I have to remove tension or weight.

Again, not new at this stuff, I’ve hung weights off and on at times

Just curious if thqt feeling is the fatigue and if the fatigue is ultimately what leads to gains.

in my opinion yes. And as is with all tissues, you have to break then *just enough* to cause them to get bigger.

I dont know if you are in a state where is legal, but i have found 1:1 cannabis lotion to help with that this year. If an option for you check it out.
