Newb questions RE: fatigue
Not really new to PE or TP, but I’ve finally decided to get serious about it. I wish I would have started a year ago when COVID- 19 hit and I started Working from home full time. My size is good, roughly 6.25” NBPEL and 5.8” EG, but like most I want the mystical 8” NBPEL x 6” EG.
I’m a couple weeks in with what I feel is a solid routine this time. I have a couple devices and weights and clamps and such, but this is a more general question regarding fatigue when using a traction extender and hanging. I’ve noticed that after say 20-30 min with either that it starts to burn internally (tissues with traction or ligaments when hanging).
1 - Is the burn considered fatigue point?
2 - Is fatigue the sign of moving past the tissues merely stretching into tissues tearing/cell division therefore the first step to growth?
3 - How long should I keep it stretched past the burn/fatigue point? As long as possible?
4 - Is it reasonable to expect growth without achieving this level of fatigue?
When I jelq, I do it fairly erect and I consider fatigue the point when it feels like a blowout, it won’t stay erect, it becomes soft yet engorged.
