Newbie - advice and answers to essential questions.
Hello, I just have registered to the forum.
My experience to PE is close to 0, I have no solid idea on what consists to be a good Jelq, Stretch, or any of the other enlargement exercise.
Basically, I am looking for someone that could tell me where I can find a solid thread or site that could help me get introduced to the very basics of PE, with some sort of illustration of the exercises.
Also, I was wondering if an experienced PE’er could give me some advice on some kind of program I could adopt, because being new here, I don’t really know what to do or where to go.
If someone could give me some advice on how much exercise to do per day, without over-exercising, it would be great.
