Hello there, I have just finished my PE just now.
~5 minutes of warm up,
~6 minutes of stretches,
~Brief massage on the perineum region and on the penis (to compensate blood-flow to the head of my penis),
~Roughly 70 wet jelqs followed by a warm down (shower).
I did say that I intended to start on the 1st of July, but due to time and privacy constraints I had yesterday, I decided to start today (July 2nd) instead.
I find drinking a cup of warm water and a 5 minute rest between stretches and jelqing help me to maintain a semi-erect state during the jelqing process. I will limit myself from masturbating on PE days - I am saving it for my rest days (1 on, 2 off regime).
I will only update whenever I feel it is necessary / when I feel like to. Cheers to a six weeks of basic PE and happy gaining.
