First of, I would like to announce that doing warm ups have indeed crosses my mind and I intend to do so for my future PE. I have too been made aware that the frequency and intensity of my workouts are a bit too much for a starter, so I am planning to alter it. After much debating with myself, I decided to take on your advice to take at least a week of rest, abstaining myself from any kind of PE to give my penis a breath of fresh air (I am planning to resume PE on the first week of July).
I find that your advice is very appealing to me, I genuinely would like to just concentrate on stretching on the month of July, taking 1 or 2 days off after 1 PE - so there would be around 3 to 4 days of PE in a week. I would stick to my suggested stretching routine with the addition of warm ups before and after of each session. I would also want to restrict myself to only do 1 workout session in a day. Put aside my ego, I am a newbie and I would like to treat my first month of PE as enjoyable, pain-free, comfortable and full of learning new knowledge and skills.
As for size is concern, I am an optimist, I prefer to set my goals low first. My short term goal is somewhere around 6.0-6.25 inches BPEL, however my long term goal would be somewhere around 7.0 inches BPEL. The reasons why I said that my goal is to attain around 6.0 inches BPEL in my previous entry is because - I was a bit demotivated from reading other people’s posts/threads - they seemed to reach their desired size with most help from hangers and bathmates. I live in quite a conservative place, hence I doubt that I have the access from buying them. However, I still believe that I have not ventured enough on this site - there are a lot of techniques that only involves your hands that I have not really dig into detail.
I am not ashamed to mention that I am a virgin and I intend to keep it that way for marriage :p So penis gain for my partner’s pleasure is not of my main concern now as I am still a student and has a long way to go before entering marriage life or sex in that matter. I choose to do PE (now) mainly for self satisfaction and future purposes perhaps.
I enjoy masturbation and explore new things that I could get my penis to play with.
As for girth, I am happy with the way it is now - however, any unintentional girth gains from my PE would be awesome!
I would also like to mention that I am a grower, my penis usually hangs around 3 inches flaccid. However, I am not really sure why, but my penis seems to be always in the state of semi-erect (I live in a hot tropical climate and possibly it is due to my state of mind, I always have the urge to masturbate especially whenever I have the privacy and time). So my main concern is if I do PE is that, my penis could not differentiate PE and masturbation which it has been accustomed to about 7 years now (almost daily).
I thank you for theoretically speaking - shaking my head and giving me a reality check. I am in the process of exploring thunders-place threads and forums.
