Hi there, I am a circumcised, 5 foot 7.5, 20 year old male. My current bone-pressed-erection-length is about 5.8 inches, with the circumference of 5 inches, I am skinny, so my non-bone-pressed-erection-length is not that major of a difference, about 0.1- 0.2 inches. My goal is to increase my length to about just above 6 inches BPEL, I’m not putting so much concern on my girth though. I am currently in the stage of familiarizing my cock that what I am doing is a PE, not masturbation, as I am very sensitive and easily aroused - I do this by doing basic stretching for about 10 minutes, with 30 seconds to 1 minute intervals. After about 5 days of doing the basic stretching, my penis is starting to become familiar, it tends to be flaccid most of the time (I struggled with semi-erections). Usually, after doing the basic stretches, I often found pre-cums oozing from my penis, and I’m usually horny afterwards. I try not to masturbate after PE. When I had the free time and privacy, I do two sets of basic stretching in a day. My question is, is it ok to just concentrate on doing basic stretching for say, a month or 3 weeks first? Just to make my dick familiar with PE and gain some flexibility and elasticity before I proceed to wet jelqing? Also, is it possible to gain length from just doing the basic manual stretches? I’m a university student and masturbates ever single day, some days I do it twice or three times.

You can make your own choices what techniques you want to apply. And length gains from stretching is highly probable.

I am just a bit puzzled you do not mention applying heat at beginning and end of PE session. This prevents injuries so think about it.

Then comes the frequency and intensity. You now have made for 5 consecutive days twice a day stretching for 10mins? Well that is, in my humble opinion, too much and too often, to be candid.

I suggest you make for the first month your suggested stretching routine, but with warm-up and warm-down of 5min each. And do it only ONCE a day just 1day on / 2 days off.

And I even suggest you make a week of decon first because your dick has been very intensely stimulated from the first days. And after that, better restart as suggested above.

The biggest part of growth happens during the first 48 hours of resting. So if you really want to get your dick conditioned give him the time to adapt.

As for masturbation: abstain from it a couple of hours before and after PE training.

And did I get that right: your goal is to grow from 5.8 to 6” in length and girth can remain as it is? Maybe it’s a typo but such a low goal is rather uncommon, so maybe you can explain the reason for it. Just being curious…

Hi there Richard65, I really appreciate the feedback that you have given.

First of, I would like to announce that doing warm ups have indeed crosses my mind and I intend to do so for my future PE. I have too been made aware that the frequency and intensity of my workouts are a bit too much for a starter, so I am planning to alter it. After much debating with myself, I decided to take on your advice to take at least a week of rest, abstaining myself from any kind of PE to give my penis a breath of fresh air (I am planning to resume PE on the first week of July).

I find that your advice is very appealing to me, I genuinely would like to just concentrate on stretching on the month of July, taking 1 or 2 days off after 1 PE - so there would be around 3 to 4 days of PE in a week. I would stick to my suggested stretching routine with the addition of warm ups before and after of each session. I would also want to restrict myself to only do 1 workout session in a day. Put aside my ego, I am a newbie and I would like to treat my first month of PE as enjoyable, pain-free, comfortable and full of learning new knowledge and skills.

As for size is concern, I am an optimist, I prefer to set my goals low first. My short term goal is somewhere around 6.0-6.25 inches BPEL, however my long term goal would be somewhere around 7.0 inches BPEL. The reasons why I said that my goal is to attain around 6.0 inches BPEL in my previous entry is because - I was a bit demotivated from reading other people’s posts/threads - they seemed to reach their desired size with most help from hangers and bathmates. I live in quite a conservative place, hence I doubt that I have the access from buying them. However, I still believe that I have not ventured enough on this site - there are a lot of techniques that only involves your hands that I have not really dig into detail.

I am not ashamed to mention that I am a virgin and I intend to keep it that way for marriage :p So penis gain for my partner’s pleasure is not of my main concern now as I am still a student and has a long way to go before entering marriage life or sex in that matter. I choose to do PE (now) mainly for self satisfaction and future purposes perhaps.

I enjoy masturbation and explore new things that I could get my penis to play with.

As for girth, I am happy with the way it is now - however, any unintentional girth gains from my PE would be awesome!

I would also like to mention that I am a grower, my penis usually hangs around 3 inches flaccid. However, I am not really sure why, but my penis seems to be always in the state of semi-erect (I live in a hot tropical climate and possibly it is due to my state of mind, I always have the urge to masturbate especially whenever I have the privacy and time). So my main concern is if I do PE is that, my penis could not differentiate PE and masturbation which it has been accustomed to about 7 years now (almost daily).

I thank you for theoretically speaking - shaking my head and giving me a reality check. I am in the process of exploring thunders-place threads and forums. I also would like to mention that thunders-place’s members are very friendly, respectful and helpful. So far, my experience in this website is everything but bad.

Well, living in a subtropical and conservative country - well I must not guess very hard to know which part of the world that is :-)

Anyhow, yes, I think you got it right with stepping back. Your routine sounds good, just the frequency is still a bit high.

I really recommend to go for a strict 1day on/ 2 days off schedule with only 1 session per on-day. Your penis has to adapt to the PE, so follow the speed of adaptation of your penis and not the speed your head wants.

You will be able to do PE for a full lifetime. No reason to hurry now.

I would like to share the newbie routine that I am planning to practice this coming week. It is a 6 weeks regiment.

The routine involves - hot wraps, about 5 minutes of basic stretching, 10 minutes of wet-jelqs, hot wraps, followed by kegels if possible. So the routine (excluding kegels) would take around ~30 minutes.

Due to time constraints in the following months, I decided to strictly take on the routine for 1 day on, 2 days off.

I am treating this routine as 1. Familiarizing agent, 2. Stepping zone before proceeding to the next level.

I will try to make a log book out of it.

First of all I commend you for waiting for marriage, I did the same and I know how hard it is. The self discipline it takes to accomplish that goal will serve you well in chasing this one. I believe you will find you make your short term goal very quickly if you follow the advice you’ve been given. ALWAYS warm up and down and listen to your body above all else. Eat right, drink lots of water and stay the course you’ll be thrilled with the results that will come in time.

I don’t think any routine should just be seen as a stepping stone, keep your routine till you stop gaining or change if you don’t gain at all. Just say because some people gain better with lighter routine. I once gain a lot of length with a five min routine. Your routine is fine to me.


Start Jul 2016 - 4.5 BPEL x 4.25 MSEG.

I’ve checked your profile and we are quite similar in age, culture and size. I am feeling quite motivated and uplifted after seeing how much you have gained so far.

This routine looks good - I even would cut down the jelqs to 5 min for a start. And do it slowly - 5 mins are maybe 60 jelqs, not more.
What you can add between the stretches and jelqing is a perineum massage (the part beween anus and testicles) in order to optimize blood flow in the inner penis.

So the timing would be

- 5min warm-up
- 5min stretching
- 5 min perineum massage
- 5 min jelqing
- 5 min warm-down

Overall time requirement 20-25 minutes (if perineum massage included). That’s absolutely sufficient for starting.

I would suggest you do it as you said on a 1on/2off frequency for the first month.
If everything looks and feels OK, in the second month you then can upgrade to a 2on/2oof frequency. But still with the same routine. Until then, my little guide I’m writing these weeks will be ready and published which exactly includes this ramp-up procedure.
Then you will know how to increase overall PE training safely and systematically even more.

Just look for a thread at TP called something like “A guide to systematic PE” by Richard65 in mid-July. That will be the one…

The routine that you have recommended sounds suiting to me and I can’t wait to officially start my PE in the next few days (1st July). I will try experimenting with the perineum massage later (sounds very new to me). Last week, I attempted the 10 minute jelq- but could only stand up to 7-8 minutes - Hence the 5 minute jelq routine looks sound to me, thank you for validating it.

I am starting my PE slow and I’ll make sure to listen to my body to avoid injuries. I want this PE to be as comfortable and of high quality as possible. I will make sure to update my thoughts and feeling for my up-coming PE endeavor.

I can’t wait to start.
