I did not gain a smidge in length. Not a smidge in girth.
Routine was:
5 mins hot sock wrap
20-25 mins downward stretch
5 mins hot sock wrap
2 days on/1 day off.

Positive Indicators: restored potency (previously impotent). Can achieve erections now. Sometimes fully when approaching climax. This in itself, is worth the price of admission alone, as I was totally impotent before PE’ing (former propecia user).
Will buy the pump next and try that. Unfortunately for me, I need to PE just to get an erection. So I’ll have to waste my time with this even though my unit won’t grow.
Side note: injured my dick many years ago trying to rip it off as demonstrated in the jeqling “instructional video”. That injury never fully healed after many years, and jelqing just reaggravates the injury and kills boners. You old timers here may want to take note and redo the beginner videos so they’re actually geared towards……beginners (what a thought)?!?! Would literally take 5 minutes to redo the video and upload it. You will save a few guys from a potential life long injury.
