Newbie Gains Early On

Hi guys,

I started on my PE journey only 2 weeks ago, I’m doing it for my own confidence and I am in it for the long haul.

However doing the newbie routine I am already getting what I think are impressive girth gains. I’m pretty excited and wanted to tell someone, so I thought I’d make it my first post.

Prior to starting I was 11.9cm or 4.7” as I am circumcised measure around the scar. For a bit of fun I thought I’d measure before my PE session today. It was 13.1cm or 5.15”.

I have also notice that erections are much harder and lasting longer. My morning wood didn’t go down for nearly 2 hours this morning.

For any skeptics out there, give it a try. What have you got to lose as long your safe.

Great to hear you’re already experiencing success. I don’t mean to be cynical but it is quite likely that the gains you have noticed so far are a result of an improved EQ that you now have thanks to the physiological benefits of the newbie routine. Whether that’s true or not, however, is irrelivent, since you’re clearly on the right path. Keep it up and don’t let this success go to your head and cause you to think you can take on more than you can, proceed with the newbie routine :)

Also if you wish to continue the way you have measured so far but it is customary to measure girth from the middle of the shaft.

You are not alone lastman I have same situation. It is good to hear this gains. Have a good gains.


Begining At 11.05.09: El 6.0" Eg 4.92"

Short Term Goal : El 6.5" Eg 5.2"

Long Term Goal : El 7.5" Eg 6.0"

That means you are doing it right! Don’t change anything until the gains stop. Just keep plugging away with the newbie routine and don’t get over exuberant.

Lastman, you are an encouragement to us that are newbies. BTW, how old are you?

Congrats on ur gains! It’s been about 2 weeks for me too. I have been having better EQ and thicker erections. My gains in girth are again probably attributed to increased EQ like Tweaking pointed out. However, I havent seen any luck in the length department which is wierd because thats what I’ve been focusing.

Is good to see a newbie like me getting these great gains!!

I’m a little afraid of measure myself before the 2 suggested months. I don’t think I already have significant gains and, maybe, measuring would not be the best way for motivate myself, even because it can brings me down if were not good.

Do you guys think I can starting change my newbie routine since now (2nd week) to approach my goals or it’s better wait a little more?


Beginning: 5,9" (15cm) x 4,4" (11cm)

STG: 6,3" (16cm) x 5,1" (13cm) :: LTG: 6,7" (17cm) x 5,5" (14cm)

Now: 5,9" (15cm) x 4,8" (12,7cm)

Starting stats- BP 5x4.5 (2002) Current stats- PBEL 7.25x5.25 (2012) PE is a marathon, not a sprint!

It is perfectly normal to not notice any gains within the first few weeks or even months of a new routine. Do not be discouraged. It is also within the realms of normality to not recieve any non-EQ-related gains even all the way through your time with the Newbie Routine. This will probably not happen, but again, if it does, one should not be discouraged, there are plenty of far more powerful techniquesto be done and plenty of time to do them, do not rush into them!

It’s interesting to note that improved EQ can give some interesting early on gains. Obviously not everyone will have early gains, but if they stay patient I’m sure they will get to where they want to go.

Just 1 quick thing on the measuring that Tweak mentioned. I do have a pretty low circumcision scar and it pretty much marks out the mid-shaft level.
