Newbie here, have some doubts.

I began PE a week ago and follow the Newbie Routine. Do I need an erect penis while doing manual stretching? Also, how much force do I use for stretches and jelqs? My EQ’s have greatly improved but there is some slight pain after the routine is done, is this normal? Thanks.

Most exercises are done less that erect. For stretching use a flaccid penis. For jelqs no more than 70%.

PE shouldn’t create any pain. If you experience pain, use less force/intensity.

The other way around. We need a fully flaccid penis in order to do a good stretch.

We can’t stretch while erect for obvious reasons: a hard penis doesn’t stretch.

I would guess this pain is result of your erection level. Without prior experience and conditioning, doing an routine with high erection levels may cause some pain afterwards.
