Just want to thank anyone in advance who replies to this tread. There is a lot of information here with so many varying opinions that its pretty hard for someone like me who has sub par intelligence to get it all figured out (I have had a lot of head injuries). I have an average size penis. 5.9 inches no bone press and 5.3 inches in girth. I have done the newbie routine briefly and noticed a slight increase in erection quality, but that went away and its back to normal. My job doesn’t allow me to spend much time doing manual exercises between taking care of my kids and working. I am extremely busy. I am lucky enough to be able to work from home so I do have free time, but I don’t think its smart to be doing PE instead of spending time with my 3 kids. I can barely get more than 5 minutes alone unless I’m working and at that point I don’t have my hands free. Not complaining, I love my kids.

I am curious about extenders, because all I really care about is a little extra length. I know everyone is different and gains from different exercises. I’m just not sure how to go about doing it safely. Is it unwise to buy an extender without much PE experience? I would definitely consider myself a newbie. Only did exercises for about a month and didn’t see results. I don’t know if that’s because I was doing them wrong or because I’m just a hard gainer. I’m not in a hurry to gain, just looking for the best way for me to do it safely and effectively.

Extenders are attractive to me because I spend a significant amount of time working on a computer, and I could easily wear a device while working. With that said I don’t want to do any damage to my penis before it is conditioned properly. I am not in a hurry, my wife loves my penis. However, I want to surprise her with a little extra length gradually because her EX boyfriend in high school was almost 8 inches. I know she wants more length, she would just never say it to me.

Would it be a bad idea to buy an extender and use it in combination with some mild jelqing? I have read that most see result within 6 months while using one. Do the extenders have the same effect as manual stretching?

Once again, I really appreciate anyone who gives their input on this thread. It will really help me understand all this stuff if I can ask questions to those that are more experienced. Hopefully one day I am in a position where I can help other newbies on here just like me. Happy Holidays everyone!

First, I want to say that everyone’s experience is different. I started PE with no knowledge of thunder’s. I bought an extender and have made gains of about 0.6 inches in about a year of using an extender 3-4 hours a day. I was fairly consistent but there was about 2 months where I was not. My first 0.4 inches gained were achieved by only using an extender with no manual exercises. I started with an extender and I do think it is safe as long as you start slow and slowly make your way up.

For example, the first few weeks start with a few hours a day. Then, slowly increase the total time under tension each day as you see fit.

Knowing what I know now, it might be best to try manuals first but an extender can yield gains and may be the better option in your case due to your life schedule. This is just my opinion.
