One thing that is happening , I don’t know if it is normal or not.
That my penis is curving now more to the right. I think it is because my left testicle sack has been overextended earlier and now it has been filled.

Is that Normal ?

It seems like there is a hard thin line formed under the skin between the base of the penis and the left testicle. I am worried it could be a scar tissue forming causing that slight curve. When I massage it, it gives me a weird sensation through out my left body side. I don’t know if that is mild scar or a severe one. Any ideas about that ?

I think a new curve might be a bad sign, a sign that fibrosis is starting to occur somewhere in the shaft because people that acquire Peyronie’s disease have that happen.

What is the best way then to deal with this now

It is not in the shaft , it is in the base. And the curve is not extreme at the moment.

I have applied ice on it for some time and massage it using vitamin E (Shea Butter) and now it is back to its original flaccid straight position, as Ice made the overextended ball sack to return back to its original size.

So my Question : How to know if it is a scar tissue that is gonna cause Peyronie’s disease? And if it is what is the best thing to be done now regarding this?

What I did exactly that I was jelqing but not with an Ok grip, it was more like a C grip with my right hand where the hollow part of the C is on the bottom of the penis. I did that slowly from the base of the penis till the head (not including the head). I went like that for almost 7-10 mins. The thing is at the end I went aggressive and I hold the penis from the base causing the penis to be very erected, then I stopped and then all was feeling okay. I put some warm water on it. Then I had this weird tingling sensation down there to the left, which is gone after the pf relaxing exercises. The day after it I had a low hanging heavy penis as I mentioned but it was curving to the right.

That made me wonder if I have Peyronie’s disease and that is a tissue is forming causing that deviation, which starts from the base. I have checked my penis shaft and I can’t find any irregularities. The only irregularity I can sense is between the penis base and the testicle, more where I have put my right thumb when I was pressuring my base at the end.

Now whenever I massage it, I feel a kind of a relief and causing the penis to be back straight. Now I was trying to understand wether it is a tissue, vein or nerve by touching that irregular part under the skin which is more like a thin line, I guess it is a vein or a nerve. Unfortunately that left me with slight tension down there at the moment after playing with it. Currently I am applying heat to this part to relax the muscles as I feel they are slightly pressing on that nerve or vein on the left side.

To make it clear with the curving it is more of a deviation to right making it look as 1 O’clock when erect. I still having hard time maintaining an erection too.

Are you 100% sure that your erection was at 12 O clock and now is at 1 O cklock.

Lots of people are clamping at the base either with clamps or hands and they have no probs.
I have used tight cock rings at the base for like 40 mins sex sessions and I have no probs.( just little irritation on the dorsal vein that went away after a few days).
The anxiety of looking all the time and inspecting your dick is making things worst.

If you have such fears then I suggest stopping PE for good.
Also the term ” I went aggressive” is no part of productive PE.
Just relax and don t think about your dick. We have already given you this advice many times before.

IMO its all in your head…. BUT even if its not then its just that your erection angle from 12 went to 1…. so what?

Well you know what. You are right. I am pressuring myself more than needed with all the bad experiences I am reading here.
I am fine. All I am having is a pelvic floor tension and now it is recovering.
