So I am a 25y healthy non-smoker fit, who never faced a hard time having or maintaing an erection. I am currently unfortunately facing a problem. Two days ago, I did PE f with no warm up for the first time , I did around 50 jelqs with coconut oil as lubrication, my penis was 60-80% erect while doing so. After the session , I had a very weird tingling feeling and numbness in the ball sack . So I wanted to check if everything was okay, so I masterbated. Afterwards I had a slight pain in my stomach along with the tingling so I vomited, it might be out of anxiety. Afterwards, My penis went very small and I had this cold weird sensation down there, which is gone now. I went yesterday to the hospital and did a doppler scan , they are saying everything is okay, blood is flowing good. Yesterday was maybe the worst day in my life with all the bad thought of not getting it up again and messing up my penis forever due to the post I read over here. Today I woke up with no Morning wood but mood is much better and the cold sensation is left and I can feel my penis really well, so sensation is good. My problem is I can’t get a 100% Erection or even maintain it. And that never happened before. Also I feel this sharp feeling around my left testicle in the veins. That feeling gets stronger whenever I try to force an erection through masterbation. Whenever I masterbate dick reaches to 50% EQ and then whenever I stop stimulation it drops down. I am really worried If I caused any permanent damage to my veins or nerves. Any advice regarding this would be appreciated , I wouldn’t be worried except for that sharp feeling I get randomly but putting in my mind that it got better from yesterday. Cheers

Sounds to me like a Pelvic floor tension that was already there and ready to get over tensioned(expressing the side effects) by your jelqing session.

Just rest your penis without trying to make it erect because it adds tension to your already overtensed PF and do some Reverse Kegels to relief the PF.

Read this thread and do the Pelvic Floor relaxation program in the video of the thread and then report back after 3 days.

Question : Were you doing any kegels while jelqing or in general? And at which direction did you perform your strokes?

My strokes was downwards and forward, I was edging before it for some time like for 30 mins during the afternoon. Sometimes , I do kegels but it is not a habit, and actually I do also reverse. Thank you for your quick response and will report back in 3 days.

Take time off. You know anxiety is an erection killer. I’m not a doctor, but I’m sure you’re fine.

I will, It was just weird not being able to have an erection or maintain one. But now after @Pe_is_an_art reply, I feel much a relieve now having an idea about what I am facing. I tend to agree with him, because I am into nofap for sometime now and for my stupidity I was edging but not ejaculating for over a month now, so I have been building up tension on that poor pelvic muscle . Hahaha, yes you know the mind love to play games with you.

I agree with Titleist. You will be fine.

Avoid kegels and erection at all cost for some days and try to do the PF stretching and RKs as much as possible and you will have lot faster healing if this this PF over tension.

Keep also in mind that anxiety/grief is building up tension to the PF so u need to be relaxed in your mind too in order to recover.

For just some days forget about your dick…. do other stuff… hang out with friends , watch movies and stuff.
If you are involved in body building do all your BB exersises by sitting down and do not do squats for some days.

Also take a soft little ball and put in on the bed and sit on it and start moving your ass in order to massage the PF area with the ball.
Magnesium is also a natural muscle relaxant

Don’t use a softball or do any PE. Just relax. Let me say that again, relax. The body is so amazing at healing itself if you allow it. Cook a good meal, read a good book or go for a long challenging walk or hike. Oh, did I mention relax?

I am a BIG believer in the power of the body in healing itself too. Yes I will relax , do some meditation and Wim Hoff breathing techniques and see the progress. Question : when will I know that I can have a full erection again ?

I don’t know what to do about your injury, I think most of the time these things resolve on their own by just stopping PE for a while.

One of the problems with manual techniques is we don’t have a good way to measure how much force is used. Using terms like small, medium, and large force just doesn’t give a good picture of how much force is actually used. A small amount of force to one man might mean a large amount of force to another man.

I can have now 100% EQ Erection with stimulation but can’t sustain it , I think I will need more time, but I am pretty sure I am healing.
Since I have done the Pelvic relaxation exercise along with breathing , relaxing , the sharp tension down there has gone. Many Thanks to your smart suggestions.

And to the awesome part, woke up with an 80% Morning wood. Girth has increased 0.3 in, still can’t believe that it can happen that fast.
For now I will lay low on PE and masterbation till I can have spontaneous erections, full erect morning wood and maybe wait for a wet dream as that’s my ID for everything is fine. Again Many Thanks to you. Any suggestions for the maintaining the erection part are welcomed.

One other thing, my penis is definitely looking bigger than before on flaccid and is hanging low. Is that normal ?

I think now I am understanding the game more. Been reading for some time on the forum. I think my current situation means I am progressing and reading the EQ post made me realise that I have to give it some time to completely recover to return back to its original EQ.

One thing I can add to this wonderful community, that I think helped in the rapid increase in girth is that I have been using Shea butter on my penis for over a month now making the skin more flexible and healthy looking. Shea butter is a great natural source for Vitamin E and it helps with nerves.

The reason u are having bigger girth is because u relaxed your pf and more blood can enter easier in your dick so it is expanding it more.

Keep the Rks in your daily life and never do kegels on purpose.

Your anxiety + pe is tensing your pf so the Rks will be ensuring the balance you need.

Yes I was always tensing pf since I was a kid. That became so natural that I am always tensing subconsciously. So I guess I need to relax it whenever I am conscious.
