I followed the guide to make my own ADS, which, while very comfortable (and cost effective), just wasn’t working well; one of the bands broke and snapped back in a very unfavorable place. I’ve decided to go with something where I don’t have to worry about that. I’ll post my initial stats when I get it.

I was a bit hesistant after reading mixed reviews, but figured I would take the plunge anyways. I’ll keep the reasons to myself for the moment.

Yes, I’ll be doing that as well. I don’t have the knowledge yet to be making up my own routines (though I tried that last time).

In highschool and college, I never gave a second thought to my size. Even now, I seem to have no problems meeting girls and getting to that point, but it’s always in the back of my mind. Over the past year, it’s been getting worse. For example, last night my date wanted to go down on me but I wouldn’t let her (though I did her). The plus side is I’ve learned alot more about what women want and how to build anticipation.

My FL though - which is just as, if not more important, is:
FL 2 3/4 x FG 3.5
Target: 3.75 x 4.0

I started my newbie routine today and ordered a PM last Friday. I’m around 15% BF and 5’6”.

4 7/9? What kind of ruler are you using? That doesnt sound right!

A modest target, I guess when you reach that you’ll aim for more? Or is that your only target?

Your right, on both parts. It’s EG, and it would be 4 7/8ths.

That’s my short term goal of 6 months. I’ll put together a long term goal after I measure in another 2-3 months.

Stick with the newbie routine, as Slack said. I’m glad to see your outlook on PE is a down to earth one, as it should be. Too many times have I seen newbies come in with aggressive attitudes towards their PE efforts. They end up hurting themselves, or don’t have any gains due to overtraining. Don’t make the same mistake that so many have before you.

I was wondering about the Bone-pressed erect girth measurement myself. I guess it is for guys who think their base girth isn’t enough. :D
