This is not meant to be rude or unkind - the experienced guys are here to help the new guys - but it seems that lately we are getting a lot of posts from new guys who, after one month or even one WEEK of starting PE are describing their “amazing” routines that are giving them incredibly fast gains. And sometimes, too MANY posts about all sorts of stuff due to over-excitement as “virgin” PE’ers and eagerness to share their feelings. Many of these just do not justify starting a new thread.

The excitement is great, nothing wrong with that. But please, if you are relatively new to the board - take it slow on the posting in the beginning, mostly read and learn; most questions you might have have probably been answered. And, as veterans know, it takes a lot more than a week or a month to get past easy “newbie” gains to learning what routine will really work for you over the long-term, or to coming up with a time-tested insight that will benefit the rest of the board.
