I was just feeling the same way as you. Im discouraged. I’ve been at it for 6 months. I can only claim Gains attributed through Increased EQ. I will continue P.E. because of the EQ and the size from it, but am losing hope that P.E. will actually do much more than that. I’ve read, researched, stayed consistent, warmed up, with heat, taken decon breaks throughout….Only thing I haven’t tried is purchasing products. I see so many people using them as part of the routine. Theres claims that “you don’t need to buy products to gain….. but it may work”. SO its like, yea, people aren’t being pressured to buy, but its an open-ended choice to do so.
I’ve also looked at all of the “Gains” pictures posted on TP and PEGym, and 95% of them have inconsistencies between the before and after measurements.
I know I sound cynical, just calling it how I see it. As of now. Not saying I’m giving up. Its just where I’m at right now.
