Hey man don’t give up! I heard some people are slow gainers, but that doesn’t mean they can’t gains 1”~2”, they just need a lot more commitment and discipline.
Anyhow you have to consider that you might have rushed this too early in your PE career and it’s advised that you take a break to start over.
The most important PIs to guide your training in my opinion are the morning woods and EQ, doing an adequate workout should give you high EQ and morning wood everyday.
Why don’t you take a week off and then start over with a light newbie routine, something like 5min warmup, 5min stretching and 50 slow jelqs. Then finish with 50 kegels and 5min hot wrap.
Focus on quality of the movement and watch your PIs.
