No gains but insanely hard erections

I’ve been doing PE for a while, off and on. I almost killed my dick with light pumping, so I stopped. Recently - two weeks - I’ve been on a manual newbie routine.

I don’t notice great pump after a session, but my erections are ridiculously hard when I get them. They are so hard it worries me. They get really hard pretty quickly as well. I’m talking rock-hard erections without significant expansion.

Is it possible that I’ve increased my EQ, but will no longer be able to gain size? If anyone else got great EQ before gains, let me know.

I believe you have to have good EQ in order to grow. The other side of that is you need PE for excellent EQ.

You need to stay consistent. Increased EQs are a good sign. Just stay consistent (mark your calendar if you have to), and you’ll gain.

I noticed the same response my unit was behaving when I was in my third week of my routine. I think it’s all systems go.

Thanks a lot guys. Consistency has been my problem. I don’t know how most people have the time to be consistent.

At any rate, I’m committed to PE for the long haul, so I’m going to do what I need to make my routine consistent.

I think you should be happy that you EQ has improved. I mean what’s to worry about, will your dick hurt some girl? Isn’t what’s it all about :) . Just Be happy when you got reasons to be happy and don’t look for problems.

Improved EQ, then growth, that is what I have found.

Talking of which, I woke-up at 3am this morning and nearly fractured it as I turned over, bloody thing!

Hi I’m a new member, too. I just started doing simple manual technique three weeks ago.I have not notice any difference on my size yet,but I do get some huge erections to the point where I have to do my pillow. How often do you do the technique and is it working for you? How do you warm up your member before you do the technique? Any tips

You mean the newbie routine right?
Use a rice sock, this is an great way to have sustained heat.
Fill up a sock with no holes with rice, tie the end, heat in microwave for 1 minute on medium.
What do you do to your pillow?
Do you fluff it with your dick, huh!

Rock hard EQ has been an absolute gift to me since I started PE. Perhaps I have gained a fraction, more likely it is too early however. I’m not measuring just yet though, to avoid disappointment at my lack of gains so far.

But in response to newjaytdot, I’m not worried in the slightest about gaining. EQ first, get it hard as nails for the girlfriend, then gains will come later. She won’t know what’s hit her :D

After trying heating pads, and a thermal heating clay based pad, I prefer the rice sock as well. For me, it’s easier to get it to the perfect temperature, and I like the way it seems to transfer heat extremely well. I also use a tiny cooler to keep my rice socks hot during my workout.

From what I read, heat is an important factor for newbie gains.

High EQ is definitely a good PI. If you haven’t read this thread already, it’s worthwhile. It should help you figure out if you’re doing too little or too much with your routine:

I should really look into a rice sock or something. At the moment my warm up is a basin of hot water and a cloth! I guess it gets the job done, just not particularly efficiently.

This is an uplifting thread, since I too have very good EQ but no real gains to speak of as of yet. Maybe a little.

Just keep the EQ up there and you can’t go wrong. :)
