No Gains. Maybe been doing it wrong
Alright first post on here :) I’ve been doing PE on and off following newbie routine and no results. If anything its made me more of a “shower” but no increase to my fully erect state. Each time I stuck with it for a few months then gave up out of disappointment. Well I’m back again, right now I do the warm ups, stretches, then 20 minute jelqs and isolate compression squeeze for girth:
