No gains, not even after one year

Marinera, I’ve been studying the V and A stretches, will you help me set up a program? I have no idea how to incorporate the stretches into my routine for they consist mainly of jelqs. I do stretch at first for about 5 minutes (left/right, up/down), after warm up, then I start the jelqs. I really have no idea about how long and when I should do the V and A stretches. Should they be in the same session or are they to be in separate sessions? (2/on jelqs 1/on stretch for example).

Also I wonder about the sort of penis men have in relation to the tunica. I don’t know how they are called in English so I’ll try to describe what I mean:
Some guys have a rather big/meaty penis, looks impressive but when erect it hasn’t grown much or not at all.
Other guys seem to have a relatively small one but, when erect, it has grown 1.5 or more times in both length and girth.
Could this also mean a difference in tunica strength and thus require different PE exercises, I.e. More tunica stretching? And if so, does tunica stretching help increase girth size?

knine, I suggest doing jelqs before stretching, but if you feel doing stretches before jelqs is better for you go for that.

Regarding the way you should incorporate stretches in your routine, I think the best example is that described in this thread by bennett8:

if you don’t understand something there, ask.

Jelq and stretch can be done in the same session or in separate sessions, (but however in the same day, IMHO) it mainly depends on your feelings.
As said, you should raise the frequency of your PE work, starting with a 2/on - 1/off; if it seems your penis doesn’t response well to that frequency, add another session day per week, since when you find the best frequency for you. Look at your PI’s.

About the difference between penises you are speaking about, it’s called ‘shower’ and ‘grower’ here. It depends on the amount of blood flow and the elasticity of tunica, we believe. A shower should get fast results in the short time, because it’s easier to deform a thing that has low elasticity, but in the long run grower should get more results (but with more hard work, also): that’s how it should work.

Grower should also be able to support more intensity of PE exercises, with less risk of injury; however caution and progression are a must for everybody: a normal working penis is better than a big broken penis :) .

Tunica stretching does not increase girth size (generally speaking); maybe you do want focus more on girth for a while, and for length after (or the adverse)? Let me know, and we could design a more specific approach. Be conscious, however, that it does exists some consensus among vets that girth gains could inhibit
length gains, while length gains don’t inhibit girth gains.

My focus is on girth, it always has been. I thought that jelqing a semi erect penis also stretches the penis, therefore I focused on jelqing and wouldn’t stretch any longer than about 10 minutes in total during a session. Any increase in length would have been a nice side effect. So, girth increase is my main goal. When I have reached my goal (1” increase) I can concentrate on length.

Bennett8 routine is focused mainly in lenght. If you want girth primarily, you could consider clamping. It doesn’t require a lot of time daily; just be very carefully. A routine of clamp (3 x 5 minutes) + jelqs (about 10-20 minutes) + stretching (10 minutes), 2/on - 1/off, could be something to try.

It’s also a good idea starting a progress/report thread, tracking your work and feelings and having suggestion by other fellows here.

I’ve considered clamping some time ago, tried it using a cockring. Scared the sh*t out a me though. Never again. Can’t explain why, has something to do with being in control. I know you can take it off anytime you want, it’s just.. Not for me. Worst case scenario: clamp your willy, have a hart attack, drop dead on the spot and get found by, whom ever. Just kidding.

Knime, you can’t PE daily. You need some time off so the penis will heal. Did you do 2days on 1day off routine?

Tried pumping as well but the vacuum wouldn’t stay, wrong pump perhaps, expensive too. Using my hands is favorite, complete control, stop when I want to, de- or increase by feeling etc.

I don’t PE every day M-Audio84. I had the ‘every other day’ routine. I’ve changed it though, 2/on 1/off, since yesterday.

knine, Just in case you may have overlooked the above sentence, I’d like to reiterate what marinera is saying above. If you gain more girth before length it could make it more difficult to make length gains in the future.

I too would prefer to focus on girth right now, but having read so many vets echo the above theory I have decided to focus on length first.

Of course if you don’t want any more length than indeed focus on girth. There are even examples of guys gaining length from girth exercises, so you never know exactly how you will respond to certain exercises.

You probably have a tough tunica like me. I just couldn’t apply enough manual force to my unit without fear of ripping it off! So for length I started hanging, and for girth I started light clamping with a cable clamp. I’m now up to extreme clamping for 3 sets of 20 before I hang. IMHO jelqing is boring. I may be missing out on something but I just can’t focus on repetitive things like jelqing. Clamping just has to increase girth. The improved EQ and vascularity are unbelievable.

Personally, I would recommend jelqing prior to clamping. I think jelqing will condition your unit for better expansion during the clamping sessions.

That’s my theory anyway. :)

Ok guys, you’ve talked me into it.. Clamping. Manually though, for starters. I must say, the pressure built up is phenomenal. I’m using marinera’s routine.

I can’t hold for 5 minutes yet, my hand tires, but I change hands after one minute and those 3 x 5 minutes are achieved.
I can’t wait for the results, my hopes are high.

Hi knine take a pic of your unit using a ruler now and then do it consistently monthly and don’t measure only when you are comparing your monthly pics.

If you don’t see a change in size then you will see a change in appearance which will lead to size gain in girth or length!
