No Gains
So I finished my first month of jelqing last week. But no visible gains. Not even 1mm.
Granted my routine was only 100 jelqs 2 days on 1 day off. And I wasn’t as consistent as I should’ve been. But I should’ve seen some change right?
Anyway, posting here to really make sure I do it right this time.
I considered the beginner routine but a lot of people are saying its too much. And it would take me 1-2 hours. What do you guys think? Been looking for so long but people here say so many different things I don’t know what to think anymore. Id love some guidance, thanks.
