Basically getting at what the title states. I had tried on and off to get through consistent PE and always slacked off but I finally got a routine trying to follow the newbie routine but cut out some stretching due to some time constraints. But other than that I’ve been on top of it and I noticed EQ was better. I was never really veiny but so far after about 3 months that’s all I’ve seen. A huge jump is veins some even showing when flaccid yet no size increase just more veins. Not sure if I’ve missed something in the routine or I’m doing something wrong. Seeing if anyone else has had this happen and if so did gains finally follow.

I had no result with stretches and jelq either. But other techniques work

My end goal is more girth but obviously never complain about length increase. What did you move onto after the newbie routine. I tried a stretcher early on but I could never dedicate the hours of time it required on a regular basis

and clamping worked massively but in high intensity clamping sessions

That’s actually really great news!
That means you’re growing inside. Your cock has more blood flowing through it than the existing veins can handle.

The techniques you’re doing are producing more vasculature, which is super important if your gains are going to be real and lasting.

Keep going. Maybe consider adding pumping to your routine to encourage lateral stretching of the fasciae.

I was trying to read about positive indicators but I didn’t see the mention of veins. I thought with all the veins I had size increase but when I measure after rest days I’m the same size I started at (on non rest days I may be .2-.3 cm bigger on girth but I just contributed that to the work out). Where would I go to read on pumping, it’s not like the stretchers where I would need hours at a time would it?

Pumping is usually limited to 3 minutes in a session, at most. It’s generally recommended to start off with less and work your way up.

Pretty much anybody can find a half hour to just sit with a tube on their junk…

Thanks I’ll have to look into that on here. I just can’t find time to dedicate to the stretcher. It wanted 6 or 8 hours a day. I basically give myself the 30 minutes to an hour. Depending on the day.
