Has anyone every successfully increased the size of penis through Jelqing and manual stretching alone and never had an injury? I’m still new and reading the injury thread is more than frightening. Cheers

I think as long as you take your time and go slowly on the intensity with plenty of scheduled rest days you’ll be fine. Try and listen to your body and know when to up the intensity and when to scale it down a little bit.

I replied to you earlier on the other thread you posted, however better if there are no injuries and if you put a lot of care and caution into the exercises and always watch the signals your penis gives you.

I started almost nine months ago and in the first three months with just jelq and stretching, although I did not take reliable measurements there was a gain and I perceived a general state of greater consistency and presence of the whole apparatus and also flaccidity. Then I also combined the bathmate and increased and expanded the jelq and stretching exercises. From this month I started very lightly with the extender and in this period I measured last week a gain of 1 cm in length and 2 cm in circumference at the base of the penis shaft, fortunately without incident and only in the first few days of jelq some red spots of blood on the penis, which then disappeared after a few hours.

Thanks Dosso and thanks for your reply on the other thread. Thing seems to be settling down on that front. I was just wondering is the 1cm in length from when you started? I really don’t want to go down the road of products but not sure if there’s much point in continuing if I’m not willing to do that.

the centimetre is from the beginning PE and at the end of the three-month basic routine I did not take reliable measurements but there were already gains to what extent I am not sure.

Never had any injury, ever. My routine has consisted of manual stretching, jelqing, clamping and lots of edging with no cumming. Once I got to my length goal I backed off on jelqing. These days, it’s clamping, edging and no cumming with occasional stretches. PE should NEVER hurt. Some soreness is fine but should never hurt.
