No morning and night wood can be normal?

I started PE in march and I had been doing it consistently since then. Exception was last week, when I didn’t PE at all.

I do 5 min stretch, 10 stretches 30 seconds each. 70 wet jelq + 30 v jelq. I do 5 min warm up on hot shower before and after.

I haven’t had morning wood and night wood since then, except one day or another. My erection quality seems to fluctuate, some days are good, some are bad.

I did notice some benefits. Occasionally flaccid length is 2x what it used to be. More precisely I feel that it’s actualy less turtling that’s happening now.

Haven’t felt any pain or red dots during this period.

When I started PE during jelq my penis would go hard and wouldn’t come down. Now it’s the opposite, after every 20 jelqs I need to stop to pump the erection back to 60%.

As for my mental state, I’m fine, just mega busy with work, doing routines of 14 hours everyday. I am also interested in a woman and I noticed I tend to get hard easier when I think of her.

So could my problem with morn and night wood be a normal thing or is it always a negative indicator? I’m wondering if having feelings for someone made my penis numb to other women/thoughts. Or if I messed up and damaged my penis with PE. Does that make sense?

You are probably just overthinking. I do it as well. You have most definitely not damaged your penis with this light routine. My EQ and PIs fluctuate on a day to day basis as well. I can’t seem to find any pattern in terms of how my penis responds to different amounts of PE. I try to change my routine in order to find what it reacts to, but at the moment without success. From my personal experience, loss of morning wood for me is not a good indicator since I always get it. If I sometimes overdo it, I loose it and therefore scale back my routine. Having feelings for someone will most definitely make you less attracted to other women or thoughts, since this girl you like is in the center of your attention.

Mega busy at work could have something to do with it.

When I do long shifts at work and feel mentally drained/tired I find morning wood hard to come by. I do my routine after long days as well and get up early next day for work again so sleep time/fatigue definitely messes up the wood. When I’ve had a good sleep though I find my morning wood better than it has ever been and class it as a positive. The fact your saying your flaccid is doubling in size is definitely a positive PI.

The hardness of your erection during jelqing is normal as you gain more control and discipline over your penis during exercise, as opposed to it thinking it’s sexy time purely for enjoyment. It’s good to find the sweet spot of an erection for jelqing where you really feel a good workout, for me it’s around 60-70 percent erection and aim at keeping it there

How do you feel its a good workout? Soreness?

Basically theres still some ‘softness’ in the vessels on the side where your pushing the blood and can feel it moving and tissue still getting a good expanding as you jelq. If you get too hard everything just feels too rigid and too soft the jelq seems more laborious. Also I dry jelq and erection becomes alot harder to control due to better pressure so I have to rest after 10 jelqs for erection to subside a small amount but notice my unit fuller and slightly redder due to the blood flow increased . Time taken to do a full jelq and the pressure applied are two important factors to get right. Both should be consistent throughout the whole shaft. I still feel like some days I’m getting it right in the sweet spot and sometimes I’m rushing slightly. Think the vessels I’m talking about are corpus cavernosa

Post jelqing after a ‘good’ session should leave fuller and heavier flaccid hang and tissue expanse for a while. If too much turtling or tingling/numbness happens its probably from too much grip pressure or too high erection. I solely use the C grip now due to avoiding bits on the dick I don’t want to hurt, I’ve felt discomfort before with too much grip and sure I annoyed a nerve. I use the word ‘good meaning the quality of jelqs not quantity. In my opinion 10 good jelqs timed and perfected are better than 100 rushed and inconsistent jelqs, just my two pence worth
