Hi, so I’ve been doing the newbie routine for about 5 weeks and haven’t noticed any difference around my penis neither positive or negative PI’s. I’ve been doing the routine mostly 2 on 1 off probably 3 or 4 times I did 1 on 1 off because of school. I also keep reading that people have some sort of post jelqing hang/expansion, I have yet to experience this. So basically I got 2 questions: 1) Am I probably doing something wrong? 2) Do I need to change something?

It sounds like your dick isn’t aware that you have been nicely asking it to pay attention. How does it feel during and at the end of a session? If it isn’t even a little sore and it isn’t a little larger than usual then I would suggest trying to gradually increase the intensity of the workouts. Pull and squeeze a little harder each time until you start to feel something. Pay attention, don’t over do it either.
