No red spots after jelqing

Hi all

Yesterday I had my first jelqing session in the shower.
I didn’t do any warmup but I think the hot water in the shower was enough.

I did around 200 jelqs with a really tight “OK” and it was almost no painful. I had to use the webpage called goodlookingloser because I had no clue how to jelq without a video to do it properly.
The problem is that I see everywhere that a lot of people get red spots after jelqing and I realised this morning that I don’t have any red spots at all.
Am I doing it correctly?

Never heard of that site before, but that was a very good video on how to jelq. So if you were doing it that way, you were doing it correctly. You will probably experience red spots at some time during your long jelqing career. They generally occur from a tight grip that creates enough internal blood pressure during the jelq stroke to break some capillaries.

He says to do it daily and take 1 day off.
Is that really good as a beginner doing 200 jelqs first week with 1 day off and then 300-500 jelqs the week after?
