No Stretching No Results
Hi everyone, this is my first post I have just started my routine today. My question concerns stretching, as I’m not sure whether to perform this or not before the Jelqing exercises. Reason being I don’t want to gain too much length before girth. My routine:
Hot Towel Warm Up: 5 mins
200 Wet Jelqs (4x50)
Hot Bath
My current stats are
6.75 BPEL
5.00 EG
Any advise would be appreciated, as apparently the more advanced exercises (girth) should only be done after you have been doing PE for a while. Thanks
