I had a day’s rest yesterday, and today I suddenly felt longer, and then I cooled down, and I really got longer. Also in my opinion and experience it makes no sense to do PE for hours every day. As I said, your penis becomes incapable do accept more training. Also you can cause damage by overdoing things.

You have made amazing gains and are definitely already above average. You are in the group of big penises already! Also I’m sure although looking just short to you you have a beautiful penis. Size is NOT everything. Also focus on your whole body. A gorgeous dick should be accompanied by a great body. Also training your whole body improves your results in PE.


I can’t judge the signal that I need to rest. I feel that every day is almost the same. I always rest when I can’t do it sometimes, which is quite random.

Hi..I would like to suggest you all that PE with manual work is limited and the gains are limited. I used to have manual PE for 2 years and it give me little gains. Now since few months I used leluv pump and now I can the real improvements. So my opinion to go for a pump and slowly start pumping along with manual exercises.

I don’t have enough privacy. I think it’s only a matter of time before I get 2-3 inches of income at my age. I will try my best by all means, and I believe I can do it.
