I do AM twice a day most days, two 30 minutes sessions about 8 hours or more apart.

I have no negative experiences and wife and I have sex before we go to sleep every night.

With that said, I have been fortunate to always have a high libido and high EQ, so I would not be a good control relative to those two metrics and how they improve or don’t improve via the Angion Method.

I am looking for size gains, which I might be seeing some positive indications of, I am watching very closely! It’s too early for me to say conclusively that I have gained anything. Wife has not commented yet.

I’ve been doing AM for about 4 days. I’m new to the PE world and I just started the beginner routine a week before I switched to AM. So I have practically no experience in all this. What I’m getting at is, my lack of PE experience may prove beneficial in figuring out the limits or what is possible with this method all on its on. I have a sneaking suspicion that guys that have spent a good amount of time doing PE and tunica deformation will have faster and more noticeable results than someone like me. And guys starting as a 100% newb will gain much more slowly if at all. I feel like maybe AM helps people express more of their flaccid stretch as erect gains. If that makes sense. I have not seen a lot of positive indicators other than my pulse beating in my shaft, but it has only been 4 days and I’m still trying to perfect my technique. If I’m able to stay consistent, then I will update you guys periodically.

Cool. Always good to have another guy on board. Today is day twelve for me and I’m definitely still learning. My workout sessions keep getting better and better though. Thirty minutes is definitely a long time to maintain a boner if you’re not doing anything very fun with it. Your results will definitely be very interesting.

Agree my PI’s are ridiculous. I’m walking around thinking I won the lottery. I want to tell everyone I know who has a dick… then I forget that most people don’t even think PE is real.

I do want to give it a shot. It’s hard because I’ve been having great sex lately due to clamping, the temp gains are great for sex afterwards. But it seems with just 2 weeks of doing this routine, I might actually have better results.

Keep doing it, even on a semi. The method is working it’s magic. Now I pretty much go through the whole session mostly hard.

No problem. I had a hard time remembering it as well and I’ve worked with them before. Understanding of these pumps might help people figure out what exactly they are accomplishing with this method. Some crafty person may even come up with a contraption to make it even more efficient (and easier on the hands).

I have dabbled with the Angion method over the last week, have been too busy with work to do the full workout. Might be good to ease into it anyway. I should have the time to go all in starting next week and really study the videos and literature, I’ll update in the main thread once I get a good feel for everything.

I think this method is extremely promising for EQ. Even with the little I’ve done it I have noticed an increase.

Hats off to you for thinking outside the box and coming up with something totally new.

I noticed a profound increase in my fIAccid hang yesterday, which reaIIy impressed me. I measured nearIy six inches, whereas I’m usuaIIy just over five.
